Rye Tea Tree Cottage is a beautifully presented cottage with a Scandinavian feel ideal for couples or family get aways. Set on an elevated block filled with Ti Trees gives it a relaxed outlook. In the winter unwind in the cosy cottage with a glass of red, candles and a good book or visit the Peninsula Hot Springs or play some rounds at the Dunes Golf club, both only a short drive away. In the warmer months bathe in the sunshine on the large deck surrounded by Ti Trees, either relaxing around the Dining table or lounge by the BBQ on the deckchairs or in one of the two hammocks.
The cottage is a short walk or bike ride, or a few minutes drive to the Capel Sound beach foreshore, and Rye village with its cafes and restaurants. Facilities/features include:

-42" HD Plasma TV with all free to air channels, DVD/Blu Ray player, and selection of DVDs

-Linen/Towels supplied
There is room for 2-3 cars in the front drive.

-Check in time 2pm, check out 11am. 12.30pm late check out can be arranged for $25 extra if no guests are coming in at 2pm on that day, or an early 12.30pm check in for $25 extra if no guests are leaving that day.
-Cancellation: 80% refund less $25 admin fee is given for cancellations of more than 30 days notice. No refund is given if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the reservation date.
-When e-mail enquiring about a booking, please provide typical details of your group that would be staying at the property before we can confirm the booking.
-Please note that only guests officially booked for accommodation up to a maximum of 8 will be allowed to sleep on the property. Any infringement will incur eviction from the property.
-Credit card details must be supplied in case of damage to the property.
-Sorry, no pets allowed.
-Bookings between Christmas and New Years Day will require a $500 Refundable BOND.
