Description

Relax in the newly built, architecturally designed, contemporary home, located on absolute waterfront, with private, direct access to the beach… just walk out the door and onto the sand.

Meme’s offers the best of beachfront holidaying with its glass frontage providing uninterrupted views of the beach from any of the spacious living areas. The large outdoor decked and grassed areas are perfect for entertaining (making use of the BBQ facilities and fully equipped kitchen) or for simply relaxing (sunning on the deck chairs provided or having a drink while watching the dolphins go by).

Attention has been paid to the details in designing this spectacular home. High ceilings with huge glass panels at ceiling height, capture the clear blue skies and brilliant starry nights and three metre glass doors sliding open onto the beachfront deck all create a feeling of openness, where even inside you feel part of the external environment, truly capturing the beachfront experience to its fullest. At night, mood lighting creates the feeling of cosy comfort and the low-level hall lights, lights illuminating the stunning glass splashbacks, all add to the opulent feel within.

If it’s luxury beach accommodation you are after the Meme’s is the place to be. (Ideal for honeymooners!)

Accommodation Details

Meme’s offers three large bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two single beds. Quality linen is provided for each bed, along with feather down quilts and lots of soft pillows. Each room has a built-in wardrobe, providing plenty of hanging space, along with draws and open shelving. The front bedroom features frosted glass sliding doors, which when open the full three metres provide stunning water views, in addition to the existing views from the large bedroom window, all which can be seen from the comfort of the bed. Perfect for honeymooners.

The indoor living area features ultra-modern yet comfortable furnishings with a large plasma TV, DVD/video player, stereo/CD player and a selection of books for your enjoyment. The spectacular water views, with dolphins playing, can be seen from the couch, providing a further source of entertainment all of its own.

There are also several outdoor living areas. There is a large private back deck, a grassed rear/side courtyard (with a outdoor gas BBQ), a large beachfront deck (partly shaded) that extends along the entire frontage of the house and a large beachfront grassed area from where you can step directly onto white sands of the beach. Deck chairs and additional outdoor furniture are provided so you can soak up the atmosphere, sit on the front deck and enjoy a drink, hearing the sound of the waves and feeling the ocean breeze.

The spacious kitchen is beautifully designed, with views from the cooking and washing areas. The huge island bench provides an additional eating area to the separate dining space and the breakfast bar, facing the beachfront, allows morning coffee to be enjoyed while gazing directly out onto the beach. The kitchen is fully fitted out with quality appliances.. a large fridge/freezer, gas cook top, electric stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and with all the utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware provided, it is the perfect place to whip up a feast.

The main bathroom features a large corner spa (ideal for two!), spacious semi-framed shower, huge vanity and mirrors, toilet and bidet. Bath, hand and face towels are all provided. A second toilet is found in the laundry area, which is complete with a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a separate external shower, so after a swim in the crystal waters you can rinse of the salt and feeling fresh relax in one of the deck chairs.. all without stepping inside.

  • "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Meme's. From the very first moment we walked into the house, and saw the sea from the front door, it was easy to decide not to leave the house on our stay! The gorgeous home is meticulously finished - all the way to the hallway lighting! The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were beautiful and far too comfy, and the electric/gas heater kept us warm throughout the stay! It was just the retreat for a bunch of friends hanging out to catch up and have wonderful yarns overlooking the changing colours of the sea... We will definately be back! ps - while on a morning beach walk, we sighted a pod of dolphins so close to the shore... it was just great to walk with them as they swam so near to us! pps - check out the stars at night from the porch - unbelievable!
