Walk across road to New Midland Gate Shopping Centre. Bus on doorstep. Quick trip into city on train. Convenient for those wishing to get off Prospector - 2 minutes bus ride from Midland Train Station to Villa. Minutes to airport. Wineries & boutique breweries in Swan Valley just down the road.

Quality bedlinen & towels etc provided free of hire/laundry charges for use during stay. Cot & highchair provided.

Visit Chocolate & Nougart Factories & Shops. Lunch or wine tastings at local wineries. All in Swan Valley.

Catch bus 2 mins to Midland Train Station. Train into city or straight through to Historic Fremantle for Tourist Attractions. Get all day Public Transport Ticket - takes you to heaps of places around Perth.

  • "Excellent value, excellent location, excellent service, excellent in every way. Vicki was always extremely helpful and ensured that my family were comfortable and well catered for. The apartment easily catered for 3 adult couples, ranging in age from about 40 to 75. It was spotless. Everything was in good working order and all the conveniences one could wish for were available to us. Vicki even brought in a full lenght mirror so that my family could check themselves out (head to toe) in their wedding finest!! And she graciously supplied some little extras to get them started! Though very close to main bus route and huge shopping complex, it was situated off a main road and therefore much less hectic than expected. Thank you so much for making my family's stay so easy and affordable. Ursula X"
