Good location, clean, comfortable and ideal for our needs. Very much home away from home and although we were only there for a week, we could have stayed there quite comfortably for the full 3 weeks we were in Perth.

We spent a superb week at this villa, which was very clean, comfortable and just perfect for us. Our 4 children loved the huge TV, expecially the Foxtel, which was a godsend during our first few jet-lag induced waking nights. The villa was very well equipped and everything we needed had been thought of. The location was great - just a short walk from Midland Gate shopping and handy for the train too. Vicki was very helpful and responded promptly on email (midlancfgdjcebi@mail.stayz.com.au) to all our queries.

We found the Midland Gate Villa a great place to stay. Vicki, who dropped off the keys, couldn't do enough for us and was a pleasure to deal with. The location was ideal - within walking distance of a huge shopping centre, and the villa itself was lovely - especially the enormous tv! All in all we loved staying there and will certainly do so again next time we get to Perth.
