Three inviting 2 bedroom units that each comfortably sleep 5 adults. Situated 100 meters from a safe swimming bay beach and 400 meters from Cowes boat ramp. Just 1km from Cowes town centre, an easy beach stroll to all the local restaurants, supermarkets, shops and cafes.

Easy access to Phillip Island Penguin Parade, Local Vineyards, Nobbies, Grand Prix track, Koala Reserve, Seal watching and other Island attractions.

Just a short drive to Woolami and Smiths beachs which are two of the best surf beaches in Australia. Penguin places takes advantage of the quiet Bay beaches to the North and the specular Surf beaches to the South of the Island.

Each unit is a fully self contained, tastefully decorated unit that sleeps 4 or 5 people in 2 generous sized bedrooms with built in robes. A double or queen bed is provided in the master bedroom, whilst the second bedroom includes two single beds or a single bed and bunk combination.

The units boast a confortable reverse cycle air-conditioned living/meals area, a fully equipped kitchen with European stainless steel appliances, microwave and family size refrigerator. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided.

The units also feature a separate bathroom, separate laundry, equipped with washing machine and clothes dryer and private fenced front and rear courtyards with outdoor setting and BBQ facilities
