The house is not big so there is less for you to clean & nobody likes to spend there holidays cleaning.

There are two bedrooms both with queen beds and wardrobes. The lounge is a double sofa bed & there is a single fold out bed.

There is one bathroom and a second toilet downstairs. Undercover parking & parking for a boat also undercover.

Fabulously located, two bedroom cottage minutes from the beautiful waters of Jervis Bay. Not to be judged by its exterior this cottage has been completely refurbished from top to bottom.
Gorgeous hard wood floors throughout, stylish furniture and funky accessories make this the ideal place for your holiday. Bedding includes two queen size beds – one in each bedroom – trundle style sofa for two additional sleeping spaces and a fold up bed for that extra person.
Fresh, modern kitchen boasting a huge double door fridge – complete with ice maker and water dispenser – glass stove top and Stone Italiano benchtops with matching breakfast bar to seat up to four.
The bathroom brings style and practicality together. The shower is a great size with the doors opening from the centre and sliding back. It also runs on a mixer tap so you can get the temperature just right!
Reverse-cycle remote controlled air conditioning to keep your holiday at your ideal temperature. Two undercover car spaces, huge backyard and a great little verandah to sit and enjoy the sea breeze from on those balmy nights.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

Welcome to the marine paradise of the south.

Families & couples can enjoy swimming, snorkelling, fishing, canoeing, sailing or simply walking along the stunning white sand watching the dolphins nearby.

There are so many stunning beaches and bays to swim in including Honeymoon Bay, Hyams Beach, Vincentia, Culburra, just to name a few.

There are tennis courts located nearby, a golf course a minutes drive away and a Skate Ramp nearby.

Further along Callala Beach you will discover Huskisson Creek, one of the Shoalhaven’s favourite fishing areas.

Also worth a visit are Currarong, Point Purpendicular, Culburra and Greenwell Point, only a 15 minute drive from Callala Beach. There are many tourist attractions within 30 minutes drive of Callala Beach.

Berry and Milton are quaint little towns, only a short drive away where you can indulge in antique shops, gift shops, restaurants, galleries & afternoon teas. Visit Berry Markets on the 1st Sunday of the month.

There are numerous local wineries a short drive away.

CALLALA BEACH & SURROUNDING

Callala Beach offers a tennis court, Post Office, cafe, petrol station, pizza restaurant, fish and chip shop (all located opposite the playground/park) and the RSL Club with a 18 hole golf course & bistro with the best lobsters in town.

Shopping at Callala Bay is a 5 minute drive away with IGA supermarket, 2 butchers, a chicken shop, hairdressers, homewares/gift shop, vet, chemist, 2 cafes, a pizza restaurant, an italian restaurant, hardware shop and a well stocked bottle shop open until 7pm. Across the road from the shops there is a sporting field including skate park, basketball/netball courts and soccer field. At the other end of Callala Bay there is also a public tennis court and a park with playground equipment is located near the boatramp.

Other areas of interest include Culburra Beach (surf beaches, 15 min drive), Currarong (surf beaches, 15 min), Nowra (20 min) or Huskisson (the home of the Dolphin and Whale Watch Cruises, 40 min). Just out of Currarong visit Honeymoon Bay or Longbeach.

White Sands is situated 50 metres from the pristine waters of gorgeous Callala Beach.

Callala Beach and its surrounding beaches are quiet seaside villages that have not yet succumbed to the tourist industry.

The beach and the bay can be enjoyed throughout the summer and winter months.

Swim in the crystal clear waters, stroll along the stunning white sand, explore the surrounding National Parks & watch the resident dolphins frolic daily.

Join a Dolphin & Whale Watch cruise which departs daily from Huskisson.

The flat streets of Callala Beach are perfect for roller blading or bike riding for the children and the whole family. There is a bike track that takes you straight through to Callala Bay which goes through the new estate and along the beach.
