A three bedroom, two storey villa with spectacular northern sunny views over Port Hacking to Cronulla, Kurnell and the city skyline, all to be appreciated from a large, claw bath in the romantic master bedroom. Steps to Gunyah Beach, a swimming, snorkeling and boating paradise. Close to the Royal National Park.

Accommodation

This newly built villa sleeps up to six adults. It has two double bedrooms on the upper level, one with a large ensuite. The floor to ceiling glass doors in each bedroom open on to a terrace enabling a complete indoor/outdoor environment.The master bedroom has a free-standing claw bath overlooking Port Hacking. Adjustable skylights and air-conditioning units create a comfortable living and sleeping atmosphere. There is a third bedroom on the lower floor, also with an open fireplace. The lower floor also comprises a large open kitchen/living/dining area with polished concrete flooring, an open fireplace and new appliances, with floor to ceiling glass doors opening to a sunny grassed area. There is off street parking and a boat slab barbeque area on the waterfront. This house is for sun and water lovers, and people who just want to chill out in a quiet, sunny and relaxed environment
