This large family home caters for up to 9 people, with many separate living areas indoors and outdoors for all to enjoy. With a pristine fresh water lake in the backyard where you swim with the turtles, feed the swans, or even kayak area the 42 acres of tranquil waters. Add a solar heated resort style plunge pool, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping that will clear your mind from any tension.

Experience outdoor living at its best in the gazebo with a fully fitted out kitchen where you won't help but spend most of your time!

This magnificent fully air-conditioned home features 4 bedrooms with built in robes along with fans and split system airconditioners. Two fully equipped kitchens one inside and one out, 4 dining areas, 3 indoor living areas, 3 bathrooms, laundry and 2 outdoor living areas.

The outdoor gazebo includes a BBQ, fridge and all your kitchen needs including the sink. Enjoy your meals outdoors whilst viewing a large plasma TV.

Indoor entertainment includes 3 more plasma TV's, along with a selection of playstation 2 games and dvd's and wifi internet. Whilst outdoors we have provided you with some kayaks to enjoy the lake, some bicycles for you to explore the are or take a ride to the beach!

If you have any small kids we also have a toddler pack which includes a stroller, high chair and porta-cot and toys at no extra charge.

Walking distance to the local Q Superstore where you will find all your shopping needs including Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, local restaurants and cafes (including great coffee!) and even McDonalds for the kids at heart. Also minutes by bus is Pacific Fair, Australia's largest outdoor shopping centre, and Broadbeach with many more quality restaurants.

  • "The house is very well maintained and is lovely. Being double storey gave us the extra room needed for a family to 'spread out' and relax. The wading pool is lovely. The freshwater lake at your back door was very tranquil. There was plenty to do, swim, walk around the lake, sunbake by the pool, kyak, ride bikes. Shops nice and close. Owners very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone. "

  • "The house had everything that we needed and we all loved the pool, the hot tub,the kayaks and the table tennis. We had 3 children and 5 adults and the house was huge, enough so that we did not even have to talk to one another if we didn't want to. Little things like the items in the pantry made it so easy. The icemaker on the fridge was another favorite. Thank you so much for a great stay. "

  • "Thanks Damien, we had a fantastic stay at AQUA CASA! The house was large enough to accommodate 10 of us comfortably and provided us with many living and outdoor areas in which to spread out. It was a beautiful experience to chill in the spa and overlook the river - we also got to feed the baby swans! As well as a beautiful location, it was convenient to have a bus stop around the corner and a large supermarket complex not too far away. There were plenty of activities around the house to keep us entertained during our 'down' time; the boys loved their table tennis tournament! Thanks again for having us, AQUA CASA is highly recommended and we will return for our next group holiday. "

The kids were thouroughy entertained with pool, canoe, fishing, TV and playstation whilst the adults spent hours chilling out by the pool. The bikes were also handy as was the nearby bus stop. Set in a quiet area we enjoyed the peaceful surrounds away from the hustle and bustle."

  • "My family stayed for a beautiful 21 days at AQUA CASA. We had 4 adults and 3 children ranging in ages from 8 to 16.I absolutely loved this house and it was in the perfect location. We visited all the theme parks so having the bus close by meant no hiring of a vehicle and the lazy days by the pool was so relaxing. The kids even caught fish and a very large crab fishing off the pontoon. I would highly recommend staying at AQUA CASA.Thank you Chris for you hospitality and look forward to seeing you in the near future."

  • "Fantastic home we plan to use it for future holidays to the Gold Coast. The area is so close to everything yet not close enough to be faced with the Christmas rush continually. The house was perfect, a play area away from the main bedroom so the kids didnt wake us when they got up at the crack of dawn, and a comfy lounge away from the kids bedrooms so we didnt wake them enjoying ourselves at night. The pool area was what made our holiday so enjoyable, the pool was at a perfect temperature day and night. We highly recommend this home."

  • "This place was fantastic. We had a wonderful time and will be most certainately doing it again. My only fault which is minor mind you is there was no dryer and with 14 people and raining for half our stay was hard to get things dry. A third bathroom for that many people would be good too. Otherwise a wonderful holiday, thank you"

  • "The house was in terrific condition, excellent and plenty of room, with living areas for 2 families. The heated pool & spa were fabulous which were used even when the weather turned bad. The kids loved the plasma T.V's, DVD's and the play area that contained the PS2. The fishing from the pontoon was fun, cruised the cannals on the runabout which all enjoyed. House in prime location of the beach, shopping malls and theme parks. The host Chris could not do enough to make our fisrt ever stay in QLD enjoyable and comfortable, it was well worth the trip from Victoria."
