Binningup Beach 1st Class Accomm

The coastal village of Binningup, 30km or so north of Bunbury and about 127km (1.5 hours drive) south of Perth, is a popular holiday spot where safe swimming, fishing, boating, and generally lazing about on wide, clean, sandy beaches are favourite pastimes. The reef running parallel to Binningup’s main beach protects it and makes it the ideal place for launching boats, snorkeling, swimming, crayfishing (in season), fishing, skin-diving and surfing. 4WD access is permitted to the beach.

Leschenhault Inlet is a few kilometres to the south (Australind), and the prawning and crabbing in these waters are legendary. The camping, barbecuing and picnicking possibilities along the shore of the inlet are many.

Just north on the highway is Myalup Vines – a local winery that sells quality wine.

Binningup Store sells everything! Food, liquor, ice, fuel, take-aways, video/dvd hire, papers and magazines and a range of general household requirements.

This brand new 3 x 2 home (first listed in Jan 2007) with alfresco and double lockup garage is situated in Lakewood Shores which is only 700m from beach and about 150m from a perfect 9 hole golf course. Cycle paths wind around Binningup and lead to the main swimming beach and Binningup General Store. Other popular beaches are Valentine Road Beach (south) and the Weedy (north). Binningup beach provides fantastic surfing conditions during the winter months.

The house is fully self-contained and beautifully decorated with modern furniture. Reverse-cycle airconditioned main living area. Each bedroom has a queen size bed plus there are two single foam mattresses available for use if required. All pillows, bed linen and towels are provided. The ensuite features a double shower and separate toilet.

A fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice-maker, sandwich press, kettle, toaster, a range of crockery including dinner set, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils is waiting for you! The laundry also has a washing machine, clothes dryer and iron – even the washing powder is provided.

The lounge has a comfortable two piece suite, tv, cd player, dvd and a range of dvds for your use. The games room houses a quality pool table.

Barbecue available. There is also a small area that can be used to park a boat or trailer.

Don’t spend time packing your own gear – everything is provided – just bring food and your family. Come and enjoy a relaxing weekend.

For the comfort of future tenants we ask that smoking is limited to outdoors only (Non-smoking inside). No pets preferred however you may negotiate with owner to have an outdoor pet. A pet bond will apply.
