Woodlands Beach House B&B - Ocean View Room

Woodlands Beach House B&B Ocean View Room offers luxury accommodation in the charming coastal village of Sawtell. Designed by renowned architect Anne Gee, Woodlands Beach House has been built to capture the spectacular ocean views. Guests can swim in the creek estuary opposite or take a short stroll to the surf beach or lookout (where whales are often sighted). Sawtell's popular restaurant strip is a 5 minute walk away. The Bed & Breakfast has been operating since December 2000 and Ron and Judy enjoy welcoming guests from various places far and near. A sumptuous breakfast with many choices is served on the front balcony overlooking the ocean.

The Ocean View Room

Located in a private wing, the Ocean View Room has a separate entrance, ensuring maximum privacy. Both the room and its private deck afford spectacular views across the estuary, ocean and mountains beyond. The car park is located just outside the room. The room is equipped with a comfortable queen sized bed, huge ensuite, original art work, reverse cycle air conditioner, hairdryer, toiletries, iron & board, bath robes, bar fridge, TV, video, DVD player (and huge library of DVDs), CD player, small clothes line & pegs, tea making facilities and complimentary port, fruit & chocolates.

Sawtell

Sawtell is an unspoilt seaside village, only 8 km south of Coffs Harbour. It has a patrolled surf beach, golf course, tennis courts, croquet court and bowling club. The main street, with its central garden of shady fig trees, contains a variety of restaurants, boutique shops and heritage cinema. Sawtell has its own railway station and is only 5 km from Coffs Harbour Airport. Transfers can be arranged.
