(sleeps maximum of 12 - NOTE - maximum of 6 adults only - any more on application and only if children are also staying - no schoolies - this is NOT A PARTY HOUSE - it is more suitable to families)

-HUGE 11m x 3.5m solar heated pool (moderate temperature) NOTE - during the winter months from May - Sep the pool is NOT HEATED also during times of cool weather or no sun the solar heating will only heat to mild temperature.

-1 to 2 minute walk to beach (no roads to cross) to one of the best beaches on the South Coast
-2 minute drive to Shoalhaven river boat ramp and Light House (10 minute leisurely walk on bike path)
-1 minute from Curleys Bay and 3 minutes drive to Lake Woolumla
-walk to local shops along path one way and walk to river the other way
