For a Queensland Resort Style holiday stay at Getaway Beach House (palm trees and banana trees galore)
-the house has 6 x large bedrooms - 3 x queen and 3 x twin - no bunk beds.
(sleeps maximum of 12 - NOTE - maximum of 6 adults only - any more on application and only if children are also staying - no schoolies - this is NOT A PARTY HOUSE - it is more suitable to families)
-seperate dining and lounge room downstairs and rumpus upstairs - 3 x tvs and dvd players
-refurbished kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and granite benchtops
-seperate Games room complete with mini games table, indoor soft darts (also outdoor coyts in pergola) and board games

-HUGE 11m x 3.5m solar heated pool (moderate temperature) NOTE - during the winter months from May - Sep the pool is NOT HEATED also during times of cool weather or no sun the solar heating will only heat to mild temperature - see note below re new pool..
-Enormous pergola out the back and verandah out the front (and an old rocking chair!)
-1 to 2 minute walk to beach (no roads to cross) to one of the best beaches on the South Coast
-2 minute drive to Shoalhaven river boat ramp and Light House (10 minute leisurely walk on bike path)
-1 minute from Curleys Bay and 3 minutes drive to Lake Woolumla
-walk to local shops along path one way and walk to river the other way
NOTE 1 - from Aug there will be a brand new 11 m x 4.3 m pool with spa jets, coloured lighting, new heating system and will be the latest state of art theraputic Magnesium pool (no harsh chlorine or salt water).
NOTE 2 - from Oct 2012 there will be an electric fireplace.

Cost includes bed linen hire and cleaning fee. Minimum stay 7 nights NO weekends. Winter Disc 10% for 14 days or more/20% for 4 weeks or more. Max 6 adults without children or 8 with children.
