Gannet Beach House is a contemporary yet functional house in picturesque Bawley Point, on the NSW South Coast. Bawley Point is a coastal village nestled between Meroo and Murramarang National Parks.
Gannet Beach House is located between two beautiful white sandy beaches. Gannet Beach, which is a two minutes walk from the property and Murramarang Beach, which is a five minutes walk.
A plethora of activities can be enjoyed at Bawley Point, amongst them swimming, surfing, fishing, walking, bush trekking, horse riding and wine tasting.

Gannet Beach House is a three storeys architect designed pristine house. The ground floor provides undercover parking for two vehicles and lock-up storage room for all your playthings, i.e. surf/body boards and bikes. The main level boasts open plan living and dining, three bedrooms (all with their own deck area), bathroom and laundry. An expansive deck adjoining the living area is set for al fresco dining.
On the top floor is a parents' retreat with its own private living room, observatory with ocean views, bedroom with a queen-sized bed, walk in robe and en-suite.

Bawley Point is three and a half hours drive south from Sydney’s CBD, two and a quarter hours drive east from Canberra’s CBD and conveniently located 20 minutes south of the fishing town of Ulladulla on the NSW South Coast.
