This period building has been renovated and refurbished to a sleek modern design. Attention to detail has been meticulous with regard to quality, comfort and modern living. The two apartments are spacious and light with furnishings and fittings that offer both comfort and ambience. Art work is by renowned Tasmanian Artist Tom Samek.
The new kitchens are modern with dishwasher, stainless steel bench tops and Smeg appliances. The bathrooms are new with quality modern fixtures, heated polished concrete floors and heated towel rails. Both apartments have Austar satellite TV, DVD player, Free Wireless internet .Password provided upon request, heating/air-conditioning, laundry with washing machine and dryer and access to out door area with barbeque. Both apartments have free onsite off street parking.

Unit 1 has two bedrooms, one with a king sized bed the other with two king singles. An extra person can be accommodated on a roll away bed. The living area is a large open plan room with areas for lounge dining and kitchen. The large luxury bathroom has both bath and shower.

Unit 2 has one bedroom with king bed. An extra person can be accommodated on a roll away bed. The living area is open plan with lounge dining and kitchen areas.

The two apartments connect via a communicating door. Large groups may rent both apartments.

The apartments are situated 1km from the GPO and are close to Salamanca Place and it’s Saturday market, Battery point, the Docks and the restaurant strip on Elizabeth St North Hobart. This central location is ideal for exploring Hobart as well as visiting and sight seeing in the Hobart and surrounding region.
