What a fantastic weekend away, beautiful location and weather. We all loved the beach access, lovely yard for the dog to enjoy running around and very secure. Best rural/beach retreat I have experienced for a very long time. Will definitely be back again, bigger than expected a wonderful surprise. Thanks again. :-)

Had a wonderful time! We all wanted to stay longer or move in! The girls
cried when it was time to leave and we nearly did as well! A beautiful
location, peace and quiet with lots of exploring to do along the very
private, gorgeous beach! Our girls and the dog loved the beach, collecting
shells and lots of crabs. What a great place you have for a family holiday
that all members big, small and four legged can enjoy!

we had another terrific week at The
Boathouse and Phillip Is. The only down-side was the time went too
quickly.
The 3rd bedroom worked very well and it was great being able to look out
onto the lower deck and back-yard from the bedroom.

We loved it. Relaxing, quiet, and beautiful surroundings. The house layout was fantastic, for when you have several guests, and if you would like some time to yourself (read a book, enjoy a quiet moment etc). The beach is in walking distance. The dogs loved wondering around the large garden, and exploring. Can't wait to go back. Sandy was lovely wich made the whole experience that much better.

Great holiday home with separate areas for kids and adults. Wonderful enclosed large back yard leading directly to western port bay looking towards Churchill Island which was great for walks early morning and late afternoon / evening. Close enough to all amenities including surf beaches, but off the beaten track enough to get away from the crowds. A highly recommended way to spend time at Phillip Island.

What a surprise to find a haven like this. The beach at the end of the property made us feel like millionaires! I have never seen our dogs so happy when they were racing across the sand. We made memories that weekend to last a lifetime. The Island is a special place. Thanks John and Sandy

Great little house for a weekend away. Don't let the size fool you, there is plenty of room for six or more people. Very comfortable! Very quiet location and not far from san remo or cowes. Food and sevices close by to make your stay as quiet or as social as you like! I definetly recommend it and will certainly stay again!

Would highly recommend this property. Great house with spectacular view from the balcony. The back yard was absolutely massive which my two dogs loved. My friends and I would definately stay there again.

If you love the feeling of peace and relaxation then you will love the "Boathouse". It is the perfect place for a break from the stresses of day to day life. Buy some fish at San Remo on the way in and cook it up on the BBQ on the upperdeck whilst looking out to the view of Churchill Island. A couple of wineries close by will help top off this meal. Afterwards, a relaxing shoreline walk watching the myriad of birdlife before heading back for a DVD and a peaceful nights slumber. We have stayed at the boathouse several times and always left with a feeling of regret that our stay could not have been longer.

A great place to stay. The view from the decking upstairs is magnificent, perfect for catching a sunset with a few beverages.
The yard is much larger than it looks, great if you have a canine companion to hang out with. Area is very quiet and access to the beach via the back yard is great. Hope to stay again.
