Edge Water beach house over looks the beautiful pristine waters of the Pottsville estuary - with no road to cross - it is right at your door.
Edge Water - a very comfortable 'home away from home' has 3 bedrooms (2 x queen rooms & a bunk room, even though the house sleeps 8 we prefer to have a maximum of 4 adults) and 2 bathrooms, cosy wood fire, polished floors through out, ceiling fans & air conditioning, with a spacious deck over looking the water. Linen (sheets & towels with beds made) can be provided at an additional cost of $22 per person per stay.
We know how important furry members of the family are therefore "Edge Water" is proud to announce we are Pet Friendly, also our local surf beach is leash free !
The quaint village of Pottsville is situated on the banks of the Mooball Creek.
With unspoiled beaches (just a short stroll away), a safe swimming creek, great fishing and ample walking tracks including the Environmental Gardens there are many delightful experiences to explore.
If you want to go further afield, short day trips to Byron Bay, Boarder Rangers and Mount Warning are a must.
There is a Tavern and convenience shops just across the road. With the quaint village of Pottsville only a five minute stroll away, with tantalizing cafes, a well known local butcher, a bakery, fruit shop and the famous Pottsville Markets every second Sunday are crammed full of local produce, arts & craft.
Only a 90 minute drive from Brisbane or 25 minutes from the Coolangatta airport makes this holiday destination accessible to everyone.
We respect our neighbours so Edgewater is not available for parties, weddings or schoolies.

There are local farmers markets every second Saturday in the park on the Northern side of Kingscliff Bowls Club. (2nd & 4th Saturday of each month). The Byron Bay Markets are held 1st Sunday of every month, the Byron Bay Farmers Markets are on every Thursday morning 7am 11am a must if your into good food!! The Bangalow Markets are held on the 4th Sunday of every month. Pottsville Markets are 1st & 3rd Sunday of the month.

Coming from North or South - take the Pottsville Exit off the Pacific Highway, or the Coast road if you want the scenic option.
If this property is booked for the dates your after I also own another "pet friendly" house near by at Casuarina Beach, called Sea Mist.
