GETTING TO THE HOTEL

TRAVEL FROM AIRPORT TO
OPIUM DEN HOTEL
There are two ways of getting to the hotel.

SKYBUS then TRAIN

You can catch a Skybus which departs from Melbourne Airport 24 hrs. From 6 am. From 6am the bus departs every 15 minutes and after 9 pm, it departs every 30 minutes. Buses drop off at Southern Cross Railway Station and the fare is $16 per adult. You then catch a train from Spencer Street Railway Station to Collingwood Station.

The Opium Den is a short walk from Collingwood Railway Station. Go to Hoddle Street, walk north, against the traffic and The Opium Den is on the corner of Hoddle St and Yarra Street. (about 3-4 blocks down Hoddle St). The entrance to the hotel is on Yarra Street, go to the side door and ring the door bell and someone will come down to settle you in.

TAXI

The other alternative is to take a taxi to the hotel which is quicker but would cost about $50 / $60 Australian. Our address is:

Instructions for arrival

Once the guest has made a booking. The hotel is informed of the 'Estimate Time of Arrival'. The guest is expected to arrive within a reasonable time specified of the ETA. If for any reason the guest is running late, please inform the hotel on .

Once the guest has arrived, go to the HOTEL ENTRANCE on YARRA Street end and ring the door bell. Our friendly staff will greet and check the guest in.
