This sparkling Townhouse has plenty to offer and boast about, high quality furnishing, Double Spa, 2 toilets 2 queen beds, 2 bunks (sleeps 4 people) a couple of sofa beds, lounge/dining/rumpus room, full european kitchen with cutlery and utensils. The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer washing machine and ironing board. It also has reverse cycle heating and cooling for no matter what time of the year it is. There are 2 hairdryers, built in robes & an alarm system. Upstairs there is a parents retreat with 2 TV's DVD player, 2 video players & stereo system. if you want to enjoy a lasy morning/afternoon at home there is plenty of indoor games, videos, DVD's books and CD's for you to enjoy. It also features a wonderful paved entertaining area with gas BBQ outdoor furniture and an external shower. There is an undercover carport, for a large vehicle or boat.

This is a well situated home in a great location. It is a 4 minute walk down the road to the swimming beach and a 2 minute drive to the main shopping strip, where you can sit outside and enjoy a coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner. Weather it is fast food you are after or a fancy restaurant you will find it in Cowes. Surrounded by all the great shops supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, it is only a 5 minute drive to the circuit.
