Welcome to ALOHA WATERS! This beautiful waterfront property has been designed specifically for families who want to enjoy their Gold Coast holiday in beautiful surroundings whilst having peace of mind for their children's safety. Letting agents are not used and all correspondence is directly to the owners so please be assured that your booking is secure.
You will instantly feel at home at Aloha Waters...ABSOLUTE WATERFRONT LIVING. Situated close to the beach, in quiet and peaceful Broadbeach Waters, the house overlooks wide waterways with a beautiful heated resort pool. Aloha Waters is the IDEAL family holiday home with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to suit both small and large families. Treat yourselves to a truly relaxing retreat surrounded by lush tropical gardens and a beautiful sparkling pool. The fun cubby house and sandpit will keep the children amused for hours! Spacious, light and airy, you can relax, unwind and even dine outside on the covered terrace overlooking the tranquil waterways and inviting pool...
Aloha Waters is a 5-Star, air-conditioned executive home and only the highest quality furniture and bedding has been selected to ensure the utmost comfort and enjoyment during your stay. Guests will be greeted upon arrival and given a tour of the facilities. Bathroom amenities and bath towels are provided for each guest and the beds will be made for you with crisp white linen.
The modern kitchen overlooks the wide water and is fully equipped with all items necessary for your "home away from home". Both small and large groups can dine in comfort with two indoor tables of six as well as enticing alfresco dining and a barbeque to ensure your perfect Gold Coast holiday!
There is a 50" Plasma TV with DVD and Foxtel Platinum in the large living room.
All bedrooms have 26" LCD T.V.'s with DVD and the children's room has a larger plasma screen with it's own Foxtel Platinum Box and Nintendo Wii.
For those who would like to bring their laptop, FREE WI FI INTERNET access is provided. An extensive book, DVD and video game (Wii) library is provided for your enjoyment, along with a selection of games for the family.
The bedroom configuration is as follows:
Master Suite: King Bed (ensuite with shower)
Bedroom 2 & Bedroom 3: Queen beds (2nd bathroom nearby with bath, shower and separate toilet)
Bedroom 4: Bunk beds - double bed on the bottom and single bed on the top
Bedroom 5: Largest room with two sets of single bunk beds, desk with internet connection, books and games (3rd bathroom adjacent with shower/bath)
We also provide 2 portacots, 2 high-chairs, a bed guard, baby change mat, baby bath & a stroller.

Both adults and children will enjoy exploring the waterways in the two kayaks (with life-jackets provided) or you can fish from the pontoon (with fishing tackle supplied).
The large swimming pool is heated and provides year round swimming and family fun.
Aloha Waters is completely secure and fully fenced. Children are prevented from entering the waterfront & pool areas by lockable gates surrounding the entire property. Aloha Waters has a two car carport with remote control.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council, Stayz and Holiday Rental Group Code of Conduct, Aloha Waters has a strict NO PARTY and NO FUNCTION policy and is not available to young groups of singles or schoolies. As Aloha Waters is situated in a quiet residential suburb, in consideration to our neighbours we request all guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "quiet time" From 10pm to 8 am.

Prices are based on 8 guests. Aloha Waters has 10 beds and can comfortably accommodate 12 guests. We have a 5 night minimum stay except in winter and a shorter gap. A standard laundry fee of $200 applies for bookings of less than 10 days
