  • "What a cracker! Son of a Beach was very comfortable and spacious, great backyard for the kids and the pets. Absolutely lovely sitting on the front deck watching the kids scooter in the culdesac, very relaxing for mum & dad. The lake was exactly as you see in the photo, just across the road. The kids went for a row in our blow up boat with dad while I relaxed and watched the bird life. Will be visiting again..."

  • "Our family loved this place! Perfect position across the road from the Lake where we had a great time in our canoe. The dog friendly beaches were just a stroll away as was the shops and club. Our 4 teenage kids thought it was great and the front verandah of the house provided the perfect afternoon stop for a nice restful glass of wine. Owners were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended and can't wait to return."

Dealing with the owner....a dream. We'll be returning. Our little pooches had a wonderful time, as did we....perfect place to de-stress and leave the rat race behind."

  • "Sun of a beach is a lovely escape from city living, perfect for our family, it accommodated ages from 12 to 83 and Reilly the dog, something for everyone. The house is very comfortable, nicely renovated and tastefully decorated, all mod cons catered for in the equipment, very comfortable . The front deck is wonderful, to sit and eat or read or just stare at the fantastic view over the lake, you can just feel yourself unwinding and relaxing. If you have a canoe, little boat or floating device bring them to explore the lake and bicycles for exploring the town and surrounding beaches would be perfect. It is the perfect family house to relax and unwind in , and fully fenced back garden to keep children and dog safe and happy. Certainly reccomend and would love to stay again."
