The house encompases 3 levels, entry from the garage is to the middle level- living, kitchen and balcony all open plan to take in the great views. The kitchen is fully equipped with all brand new stylish cooking and eating utensils and appliances, including Fruit Juicer, Espresso Machine, Blender, large toaster, electric frypans, dishwasher etc etc. All white crockery, good quality cuttlery etc. A great place for entertaining!!
The lounge and dining area has a great 7 seater modular lounge, a beautiful indian dinning table with 6 Panton chairs and there is a large wall mounted LCD TV with surround sound sterio system, CD and Foxtel. If you bring your computer we even have ADSL for you to connect to. The balcony has a 6 seater outdoor setting, a new Gas BBQ with wok burner, a swinging chair and outdoor bean bag- And of course views out over Spooky beach.
Downstairs-There are 3 bedrooms and 2 NEW bathrooms, another entry from the garden, a laundry and a private balcony.The master bedroom has a new king size bed with a romantic bed canopy, TV with DVD and Foxtell, large ensuite bathroom and private balcony opening on to lush tropical gardens full of birds. The 2 other bedrooms downstairs are a queen size bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds all looking out to the private and quiet tropical gardens. All beds have new 1000 count egyptian cotton bedlinen. The main bathroom is large and has a double shower with rainwater shower heads. The laundry has washing machine and dryer.
Above all this, in the loft, is the 4th bedroom which has great ocean views and a queen bed with romantic canopy, the perfect place for an afternoon nap. Not to mention the Yoga deck, the perfect place to chill out and watch the surfers out at Spooky point.

Location and things to do.

Uluwatu is located in the perfect position in Angourie central to all 4 beaches but off the main road in a quiet street close to the beach and half way up the hill to get a great view. Low and off the ridge it is protected from the wind and the tropical gardens provide a haven for native bird life. Angourie reserve is right next door with a great swing park for kids and Spooky beach is just 100 meters from door to sand. The beautiful fresh water blue pools are 200 meters walk.
The Angourie General Store/cafe is 1 minute walk and has become famous for its sensational food. The burgers are soooo good as is the coffee!! There is also a restaurant, an art gallery and numerous Day Spa/ Massage facilities in Angourie. Cars can be driven down to Spooky Beach to launch boats and the Lake at Wooloweyah also has boat launching spots.
All of the beaches are renowned for good surf at Angourie. Angourie point being arguably the best right hand point break in Australia. Check out Spooky point (right), Back point(left) and Green point(left and right) all within 5 minutes walk. Most of the year you could be the only person walking on the beach!
Life really is a beach at Angourie!!
Fishing, snorkeling, bushwalking, tennis and relaxing are all popular activities.
The great Yurigyir Coastal National Park spans the coast south of Angourie. It is famous for having some of the best coastal walks on the east coast, and there are so many birds!! The parks entrance is just 300 meters walk from Uluwatu.
Yamba is 5 km north and is known for it beautiful setting on the river, beaches and hundreds of large Norfolk Pines line the streets. Yamba has all of the usual shopping facilities, The Pacific Hotel (the pub with the best view in Australia). 18 hole Golf course, bowling club, tavern, markets, cinema, restaurants, cafes, beaches and the Clarence River.

Angourie is located on the far north Coast of NSW, half way between Coffs Harbour and Byron Bay.
Angourie is 5km South of Yamba.

1hr South from Ballina Airport.
