Description

Situated on the banks of the beautiful Blackwood river, this home has been architect-designed to bring the sensational views into every room, and to provide both the highest level of luxury, and a relaxed environment. Anchor your dinghy on the doorstep, stroll along the river path to the ocean without out ever crossing a road, relax with a book on the balcony
or simply indulge in some of the regions sensational wines.

Sensational views and total luxury

Whether you are looking for a holiday for a couple, or a group of friends, - Springtide will exceed your expectations. With multiple living and dining areas you can enjoy freshly caught fish on the river banks, wine and cheese on the front balcony, a causal relaxed meal on the side balcony or a formal ( or informal) gathering in the inside dining area. All of these whilst you watch the river at play - dolphins, pelicans and seabirds as your constant companions. RC heating and airconditioning , a fully equipped kitchen with all the latest appliances ( let the dishwasher do those dishes) and seperate TV areas for differing tastes, means the only decision is how best to enjoy the day. Bathrooms with large showers and a spa bath, 4 bedrooms ( 3 with queen bed, 1 with 2 single beds) with river views and fully landscaped gardens complete the luxury.

What to See and Do

Augusta is famous for the Leeuwin Lighthouse "where two oceans meet", and where the whales come in increasing numbers to rest before the long trek North. With the mighty Blackwood River emptying into the ocean at Augusta there is an abundance of choice. Beaches for surfing, swimming, fishing, walking or shell collecting, as well as calm protected bays. Boat launching facilities into both the ocean and the river. Surrounded by national parks, walks along the river, ocean or scenic walk trails are abundant. The magnificent Boranup Forest is on the doorstep and local attractions such as the many wineries of the Augusta Margaret River region, galleries, resturants and chocolate; cheese and berry specialists all add to the choices.
