Beautiful double storey holiday house with fully self-contained studio, only a three minute stroll to Callala Beach, where children love to swim and play and you can enjoy the beauty of Jervis Bay.

Welcome to Happy Days!

At the ground level there's the first lounge room where there's a selection of novels and magazines and games for the children. There is also a TV/DVD and stereo.

The lovely spacious timber kitchen is well equipped with all the modern cons, including electric stove with ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and coffee/tea making facilities including glassware, crockery, pots and utensils. Everything you need to whip up a beaut meal because you feel so comfy just like you're at home.

Across from the kitchen is the dining room and the second bathroom with bath, shower, WC and the laundry with washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Upstairs

As you walk upstairs you will find the main lounge room with comfy leather lounges, a TV/VCR and DVD. This room leads to the back verandah where you can sit on the deck chairs, breathe in the beautiful fresh air, chat to friends and relax with a glass of wine or even read a good book. On this level you will find the four bedrooms (all with ceiling fans) and the luxurious bathroom with spa, shower and WC.

Downstairs, as you step out to the backyard there is an outdoor patio area where there is a table-tennis area, bbq, outdoor setting and garden, leading to the fully self-contained studio, which includes its own bedroom, kitchen and dining/lounge and bathroom.

House-trained pets are most welcome. We have available a dog bed and dog house and undercover shelter outside.

We supply quilts/doonas and pillows - please bring your own bed linen, towels, bath mat and kitchen tea towels (linen hire service is available).
