Manureva Beach House is surrounded by trees and is only a 250m flat walk to Bateau Bay Beach track. The stunning renovations have kept the warmth and character of a 60's bungalow. The use of original timbers and architectural design makes this the perfect holiday house for families and 2 couples. The house is meticulously maintained and has everything you need for a great getaway!
The main bedroom has has a beautiful outlook onto the gums and is private and high. A comfortable queen size bed, built-in wardrobe and TV.
The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and also a sofa which folds out to a king single fold out bed.
The lounge has comfortable 2 seater and 3 seater sofas (one is also has a double innerspring bed). There is a huge flat screen TV, set top box and DVD/CD player.
Fans in each bedroom and also the lounge area.
Enjoy a BBQ on the enormous deck shaded by trees and cooled by the summer sea breeze. Great 4 burner BBQ with a side burner and a huge comfortable outdoor dining suite. This is the ideal spot to spend your time relaxing after a great day at the beach.
A unique holiday house, ideally suited to 4 guests, but can accommodate 6 if needed.
Board games, books, CDs and DVDs are provided for your enjoyment.
Children delight in the adventure of the back yard, but as it is not fenced, dogs are not an option.
Bateau Bay beach is a wonderful family beach, with rock pools, protected surf, and a safe swimming bay protected by an outer reef and surrounded by bushland. This beach is untouched, tranquil and simply beautiful. Only 1 hour from Hornsby or Newcastle, so close but a world away!
Activities include swimming, fishing, snorkeling. Explore the low tide rock pools, bird watching, bike riding or a walk to Crackneck Lookout (a unique surf break). Kids are entertained for the whole day!
Bateau Bay is one of the last undeveloped beaches on the east coast, but is still close to all amenities.

* Tuggerah Lakes Golf Course is only a 2 minute drive up the road - spectacular golf overlooking the beach.
* Bateau Bay Bowling Club - restaurant, bars, 10min walk.
* Local shops - 100m away.
* Stockland Bay Village Shopping Centre with Coles, Woolworths and speciality retail stores, 5 minutes drive.
* The Entrance is only a 10 minute drive away where the kids can feed the pelicans at 3.30pm every day at The Entrance Park.
* Westfield Tuggerah and Erina Fair Shopping Centres - Movies, Ice Skating, 100s of shops, both centres are 15 - 20 minutes by car.
* Mingara Recreation Club is 10 minutes drive to a gym, olympic pool with water park and restaurants with child minding facilities.
* Close to public transport.
