This original but newly renovated beach house is surrounded by trees and is only 300m flat walk to Bateau Bay beach track. The stunning renovations has kept the warmth and character of a 60s bungalow. The use of original timbers, stone and architectural design makes this the perfect holiday for families and couples.

Both bedrooms have a queen size bed and built-in wardrobe and the lounge sofa is a double innerspring bed. Enjoy a BBQ on the enormous deck shaded by trees and cooled by the summer sea breaze. This is the ideal spot to spend your time relaxing after a 'hard' day at the beach.

Board games, X-box, movies and books are provided for your enjoyment.

Location

Bateau Bay beach is a wonderful family beach, with rock pools, protected surf, safe swimming bay protected by outer reef and is surrounded by bushland. This beach is untouched, tranquil and simply beautiful. Only 1 hour from Hornsby or Newcastle, so close but a world away!

Activities include swimming, fishing, snorkling, explore the low tide rookpools, bird watching, walk to Crackneck a unique surf break. Kids are entertained for the whole day. Bateau Bay is one of the last undeveloped beaches on the east coast, but is still close to all amenities.

* Bateau Bay Bowling Club - restaurant, bars, 10min walk.

* The Entrance is only a 10 minute drive away where the kids can feed the Pelicans at 3.30pm evey day at The Entrance Park!
* Westfield Tuggerah and Erina Fair Shopping Centres - Movies, Ice Skating, 100s of shops, are both 15 - 20 minutes by car.
* Mingara Recreation Club is 10minutes drive to a gym, olympic pool with water park, restaurants with child minding.
