The full gourmet kitchen with Silestone quartz benchtops and a walk-in pantry leads onto a dining area that seats eight in style. North-facing with sweeping cathedral ceilings upstairs complementing high ceiling downstairs, it is light-filled and designed to take best advantage of natural ventilation through ample louvre windows. Reverse-cycle airconditioning is, of course, provided along with heated bathroom floors.

The king-size master bedroom looks across to open ocean views and opens onto the breakfast deck where you can watch the whales over breakfast. In addition, there is one queen, one double and one twin bedroom, all with built-in wardrobes, providing luxurious accommodation for 8. A generous gated backyard and quiet street make the Retreat ideal for families with younger children.

Widescreen televisions with DVD players are provided in both the main lounge area upstairs and the entertainment/media room downstairs. A bar with its own fridge serves the entertainment area.

The natural environment

The Retreat includes many ecologically sensitive features, such as solar heating and use of natural rainwater, that ensure the Retreat fits comfortably into the pristine local natural environment.

We do not allow pets.
