Designed with pleasure in mind, this luxurious secluded house is set on 14 acres of forest between the ocean and the town of Margaret River. Selador is the ideal place for a special getaway for up to four people and perfect for two couples to share with absolute privacy for all.

It is centrally located to world class beaches, award winning wineries and restaurants, fresh local produce stores, and spectacular forests.

Location

This stunning property is perfectly situated within a few minutes drive to beaches, wineries, and the town of Margaret River.

A limestone driveway winds through a forest of redgums, jarrahs peppermints, and grass trees to the house nestled amongst the forrest with grass surrounds and feature stone walled gardens.

Bush tracks to explore, access to the Cape to Cape Walking Trail within a few minutes walk.

Features

A decked walkway edged with a water feature leads through a large courtyard to the entrance of the house, where a the luxury really begins.

A double sided open fireplace sits centrally in the large open living space with an expansive corduroy covered Jasper couch in the lounge where you're likely to spend most of your time, either watching the fire, a classic movie, reading a book, taking in the bush lit up at night, watching a kangaroo graze on the lawn, or chatting with friends over a glass of wine.

The other side of the fireplace opens onto the dining area and large fully equipped gourmet galley kitchen which is equipped with Miele appliances.
n eating nook at the end of the kitchen creates a cosy booth to enjoy the morning light and a freshly brewed coffee.

The house is smart-wired with feature lighting and surround sound to all rooms and out to the deck. Plug in your Ipod or throw on a cd and listen to the music from where ever you go in the house.



As an adult’s only retreat the house accommodates a maximum of 4 people in two king-sized bedrooms. The two spacious bedrooms are in separate wings of the house, ensuring privacy for all.

Both bedrooms have large ensuites overlooking the forest, and are equipped with underfloor heating and heated towel rails. The ensuite to the main bedroom has an enormous double-ended shower and an indoor/outdoor spa bath.

The second bedroom opens up onto a deck and water feature. 

The day bed in the reading room is a relaxing spot to read a book. The reading room is equipped with a desk and phone. 



An expansive deck overlooks the forest and is a great place to enjoy a sundowner at the end of a leisurely day. Have a game of bocci on the lawn, but be prepared to share it with the local kangaroos. 



A complimentary bottle of local Margaret River wine awaits you on the island bench when you arrive and our mobile masseur is available on request to help you unwind into your stay.

Tariffs quoted are for the whole house. Low season starts @ $400/night and peak season $500/night. A discount is offered for 7 night stays. A minimum two night stay is required in low season (1st March - 31st Oct) and a min 5 night stay in the peak season.
