This 3 bedroom house by the sea is only 20 metres from magnificent Long Beach. With direct access to the beach, the walk to the ocean takes less than a minute.

There are extensive water views from the front deck and you can hear the waves crashing onto the shore. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the bush from the side deck. Casa del Mar is only 3 minutes to Maloneys Beach local shop and 10 minutes away from Batemans Bay.

CASA DEL MAR is fully fenced on three sides of the property making it easy to keep an eye out for those active youngsters. Long Beach is a calm beach ideal for young children.

FACILITIES

3 bedrooms + parent’s retreat.

Casa del Mar contains 2 bedrooms downstairs and a masters bedroom upstairs (all with beach views). Furnished throughout with Spanish colonial style pieces, Casa del Mar has 2 queen and a king/2 single beds.

The ground floor contains a modern kitchen and bathroom including microwave, fridge, TV, DVD and washing machine/dryer. There is also an outside shower. The upstairs parents retreat contains a second lounge/dining room, a kitchenette and a 2nd bathroom. The viewing deck has a gas barbeque and takes advantage of the magnificent ocean views.

NO PETS ALLOWED. NO LOUD PARTIES PERMITTED.

BEACH AND BUSH

CASA DEL MAR is 20 meters from the beach and backs onto a reserve. Imagine waking up to the sound of waves or the singing of birds. You can enjoy a swim in the ocean or a walk into the Australian bush. For the more sedate type, enjoy the sunrises on the front deck with ocean views or the sunsets on the side deck with bush views.

DIRECTIONS TO CASA DEL MAR

Longbeach is located 5kms north of Batemans Bay. From the Princess Hwy at Cullendulla take the turnoff to "Longbeach/Maloneys Beach". Take the first street on the right (Blairs Rd) to Longbeach estate then wind your way down to the water. Turn left into Sandy Place.

Bateman's Bay is only 3 hours and 20 minutes from Sydney CBD and 2 hours from Canberra CBD.
