Riverview House is a large family home with a dedicated guest suite which has been newly renovated to be self-contained. It has its own access & is very private & quiet. The apartment (studio style) has - Bathroom-spa/shower, heated marble flooring, double sink, toilet. Kitchenette - includes -convection/microwave, mini fridge, dishwasher, electric fry pan, kettle, toaster, table & 4 chairs. Bedroom/Lounge - queen size bed, sofa bed, T.V., video, DVD, C.D. radio, alarm clock, board games & novels. Balcony with table & chairs & BBQ in leafy setting with views.
Situated high above Paradise Beach it commands stunning views of Pittwater & Kur-ing-gai Nation Park. Surrounded by trees there is an abundance of beautiful birdlife.
