There is also a second bathroom downstairs.It is important to note that there is an outside staircase leading from upstairs to downstairs.
The upstairs living area is open spaced with combined kitchen dining and lounge.Designed to blend indoor/outdoor living are large stacking doors leading onto the front deck. There is also a covered protected deck on the side of the house that captures lovely winter sun.The new kitchen is simple but efficient and contains everything needed to cook up a small storm. A lovely feature of this space is the natural ventilation and the serenity of the surrounding trees and garden.The louve windows give this area that costal and chillaxing feeling that busy people crave. Of course there is a full HD flatscreen tv and reverse air-conditioning.
The back garden is massive with a huge avocado tree in the middle.The garden is well kept, very private and doggie paradise.There is also an outdoor laundry.In the garage there is a barbie.
