Perfect place to chillout! Beautiful leafy outlook from all rooms with a perfect north east aspect. Recently renovated two level timber house with funky beach house decor.
Situated in a very quiet street but within walking distance to all local beaches and cafes. Chillout is also right on the bike track that leads to beautiful Fingal Bay beach.
FLOOR PLAN
This home has two levels with main living area, two bedrooms (with queen beds) and a bathroom upstairs.The downstairs area has two bedrooms - one with a queen size bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. There is also a second bathroom downstairs.It is important to note that there is an outside staircase leading from upstairs to downstairs.
The upstairs living area is open spaced with combined kitchen dining and lounge.Designed to blend indoor/outdoor living are large stacking doors leading onto the front deck.The kitchen is recently renovated and contains everything needed to cook up a storm.The living area is cosy in winter perfect for mooching and watching dvds.One of the most wonderful and unique features of this space is the natural ventilation and the serenity of the sorrounding trees and garden.The louve windows give this area that costal and chillaxing feeling that busy people crave. Of course there is a full HD flatscreen tv and reverse air-conditioning.
The back garden is massive with a huge avocardo tree in the middle.The garden is well kept, very private and doggie paradise.There is also an outdoor laundry.In the garage there is a babbie.
Even during the colder months the bay has some magnificent weather so we provide picnic basket, rugs, beach chairs and beach umbrella to enjoy the wonderful local beaches.
