Applecross Townhouse is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom executive quality property in the leafy riverside suburb of Applecross, spotlessly maintained and managed by the owner. It sleeps up to 5 people and is nicely located overlooking a small parkland with no passing traffic.
It is a great location for bicycle riding around the Swan River and good quality man\'s and lady\'s bicycles with helmets are included.
ARRIVE RELAXED. I can arrange for you to be greeted on arrival at Perth Airport by a Chauffeur and delivered to the Townhouse in a comfortable and clean chauffeur-driven limousine. The chauffeur will help you with luggage and provide you with professional helpful service.
The Townhouse is handy to everything, including \"The Village\" cafes and shops. Guests have easy and quick access to Perth City, the Zoo, Fremantle Markets, Garden City (major retail shopping complex) and beaches.
It is a short stroll to the Swan River (walk/bicycle pathways, picnic and bbq, children\'s playgrounds), and an easy short walk to the cafes, supermarket, and specialty shops of the Applecross Village.
Also handy is the major Garden City shopping complex in neighbouring Booragoon with large department stores and some 200 fashion and specialty shops.
The townhouse is ideal for either a holiday or business trip. Everything is provided. You will be greeted on arrival and assisted in every way.

Downstairs consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, TV lounge, laundry and powder room, and outside there is a covered enclosed patio (safe play space for a young child) with gas bbq and outdoor table and chairs.
There is a lock-up garage for car parking, although you could easily live here without the need for a car. There is a nearby bus service for commuting to Perth, Fremantle, Garden City Shopping Centre etc.
ADSL (internet) access is available for your computer, as well as a telephone for complimentary local calls.
Three upstairs bedrooms, all with built-in robes. The light and airy main bedroom is very spacious with queensize bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed. There is a single bed in the third bedroom. All rooms have ample storage space. A second bathroom provides easy access from the second and third bedrooms.
Spotlessly clean towels, bed linen, pillows and blankets are included. You need not bring anything other than yourself and your clothing.
This is a \"home-away-from home\" where you can relax in a comfortable recliner lounge chair and read, or watch wide-screen digital TV. Foxtel channels are available. Alternatively you may take in the local cuisine and culture, go sight-seeing, shopping, or walk/ride along the paths of the nearby river precinct.
It is a very friendly and convenient neighbourhood in one of Perth\'s best suburbs.
