Applecross Townhouse is a quality property in the heart of Applecross, near the vibrant Applecross Village. it is spotlessly maintained and managed by the owner. Nicely located at the end of a cul-de-sac with no passing traffic, it looks onto a small park.. Nearby shops, cafes. gourmet deli etc in the Applecross Village make daily shopping a breeze, and there are many eating options within a 1-2 km radius.

My husband and I spent ten days in this very comfortable townhouse with tons of room and every convenience to hand. Just around the corner are great coffee shops and a fantastic supermarket which even cooks for you. We travelled north and south from Perth and it was always good to get back to this quiet spot. Even though we didn't get to meet Helen and Len in person they were great to deal with via phone and email.

My family (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed in this lovely and very homely townhouse during our holiday in Perth. We really enjoyed our stay. Clean, neat, tidy and most importantly, comfortable house. Fully equipped with excellent laundry & cooking facilities. It is located in splendid neighbourhood - one of the best in Perth to stay - neat, quiet, nice, safe as well as kid friendly. This is a great place for families to stay.
Helen has been extremely helpful and friendly.
I would highly, highly recommend this accomodation!!!

The four of us (wife and two kids) moved to OZ at Xmas and needed a place to stay while finding our own place. Luckily we found this house on stayz and stayed for a whole month. The house is lovely, very tidy and clean and in a great location. We were very comfortable as it had absolutely everything we needed. The owners went out of their way to help us with everything and couldn't be nicer. What a great start to our new life down under! Thank you Helen and Len!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay whilst visiting Perth. The house was immaculate and offered all possible comforts including home made biscuits!
The location is really one of the best in Perth to stay, in a well established, quiet and leafy suburb with excellent facilities within walking distance of the the town house. And of course the wonderful Swan River just a stones throw away! Here, one can walk or cycle along the picturesque foreshore or have a go at wind/kitesurfing for the more energetic.
The owners Helen and Len made us feel like long lost friends and it was a pleasure to meet such good folk. They pulled out all the stops for us!
This property is really 5 star and beats so much of the hotel/apartment accommodation on offer elsewhere in Perth. We cannot recommend it enough. You wont be disappointed! :-)

"Icing on the Cake". Our first family holiday for years. We saved and planned for this family holiday to WA. Trying to find accommodation for five was hard enough let alone at a reasonable rate. I came across this property and couldn't believe my luck. It sounded to good to be true. Very anxious to see what the accommodation was like, worried we were going to be disappointed. Not in the slightest! We were met by the owners and treated like we were family. The property was everything it says and MORE. It is in a fantastic location, neat, quiet, safe, kid friendly. We just loved it!

Fantastic! What a find!
How lucky I was to find this apartment,and also to meet the owner.
Helen is a lovely kind respectable lady and it shows in this townhouse.
The townhouse was immaculately clean, welcoming and our family felt safe and at home.
Everything you need is accommodated for and so very comfortable.
Other comments noted it was a home away from home,totally correct.
Great area ,everything so close,without hesitation would not even bother looking anywhere else to stay.

A very clean well presented property that was easy to live in. Its proximity to the river, transport to the city and the local shops is excellent. The owners take great care over their property and were a delight to deal with. I would certainly recommend it as a relaxing place to stay whilst in Perth.

We would highly recommend the Applecross Townhouse to anyone. The owners, Helen and Len, are very welcoming and made our family very comfortable. The townhouse is in a beautiful location, only a short walk to the foreshore and playgrounds etc. It is beautifully presented and very clean and well equipped (especially for children). We cant thank the owners enough and hope we have the chance to stay at the townhouse again.

Very comfortable, convenient home to stay in. Helen & Len made every effort to make our 4 week stay as comfortable as possible. Having the use of the 2 excellent bikes was fantastic as you can then enjoy the fantastic cycle ways in the area.

The description by the owners is accurate. The feedback by KJ and Jane is also accurate. However, what none of them convey, and I suspect I fall short as well, is that you're not just renting a house, more a lifestyle. Everyone we met in Applecross is very friendly and helped make our three month stay very, very, enjoyable. The short, flat walk to the Applecross shops is easy for both our new granddaughter's pram and her great grandmother's wheel chair; and the shops and restaurants were good for those of us "in between". The two bicycles in the shed afforded an easy way to explore further afield on cycle paths between Perth and Fremantle. We cycled to Point Walter for a late breakfast; we went to the Bluewater Grill for anything from milkshakes to gourmet dinners overlooking the city; Gucce's pizzas in the village weren't bad either. You can probably tell we enjoyed our stay in Applecross Town House and the owners, Helen and Len, couldn't have been more professional, helpful and friendly.

Absolutely wonderful accommodation in a fabulous location. Everything was immaculate, beautifully laid out and ready for us to enjoy a fantastic holiday in Perth. Helen and Len the owners were very, very helpful and made us feel extremely welcome. 100% recommend this property.
