Beautiful 2 story townhouse with all modern amenities with Sea Views and just 150m from the beach. Enjoy the passing parade from the balcony. The new Rear deck is 50m2 and a fantastic entertaining space. Smiths Beach is a patrolled beach, yet a family friendly surf beach ideal for surfing, boogie boarding or swimming. Explore the local rock pools or snorkel around EP beach.

From Smiths beach, the grand Prix racetrack is 2 klm ( try go-karts at the mini track, or go for a hot lap in a V8) , the penguin parade and the nobbies attractions are 12 klm, Woolamai Surf Beach is 8 klm, The koala nature park is 1 klm, Cowes Golf Club 6 klm, Cowes 7 klm, San Remo on the mainland is 10 klm, Churchill Island is 9 klm and has a farmers market at weekends. Snapper and Shark fishing around the island is renowned and you can launch or hire at Rhyll 5 klm.

There's lots to do in Cowes (7klm down the road) itself as well, shopping, the main pier, the lovely foreshore beach.

If you love walks as we do, consult our walking track book for over 20 great walks- our favorites are Woolamai point and Granite Beach.

Number 1 Salmon Row offers the whole family activities and fun- or just sit out on the balcony and watch the world go by from this ideal location.

Next door is the general store and the surf shop.

The undercover garage with table tennis is also a great way to get the whole family involved.

And in the evening, you can entertain friends upstairs whilst the kids play DVD or watch TV downstairs.

The upstairs master bedroom has an ensuite. The kitchen includes an Espresso Coffee machine, dishwashing machine and microwave.

Prefer 7 but Sleeps up to 9, also a sofa bed for 2 more ( extra). **Note Schoolies November/December will be subject to $1000 bond and midway inspection ***
