This popular tourist destination offers a very lay back coastal lifestyle with world renowned beaches on your doorstep.

There is plenty to do in Torquay besides golf so make sure you allow enough time to see all the sights!

Golf Information:

The most impressive feature of The Sands Torquay is its unique, links style golf course. Designed by former Australian Open winner Stuart Appleby the 18 hole championship standard course winds its way through the undulating land behind the sand dunes of Zeally Bay, taking full advantage of the natural beauty of its surf coast location. Don’t forget your sand wedge – there’s 167 bunkers!!

Accommodation:

Golf Retreats Torquay offers several brand new, architecturally designed Three bedroom Terrace Homes accommodating up to 30 people. Whether you take one or all four homes you will enjoy the relaxed environment of Torquay coastal golf course living.

Drive into your car port (second car space provided) and enter your terrace home. Downstairs you will find Three bedrooms – master with Ensuite, accommodating 2 x Queen Beds, and 2 single beds. Separate bathroom and powder room for your convenience. Master and single rooms walk straight onto the fairway with downstairs retreat.

Fully self contained laundry and excess storage under the stairs!!

Linen & Towels provided

Upstairs you will find a large open plan living area with TV, DVD & CD players and separate dining area. The fully equipped kitchen offers microwave, oven & dishwasher, fridge/freezer and plenty of beer & wine glasses! Extensive list of local restaurants and takeaway/delivery options for those less inclined to cook. There is also a local bottle shop that delivers!!

Outdoor entertaining can be enjoyed from two open air balconies.

This retreats looks directly into the Sands Torquay Golf Course so not too far to go to tee off!!

Reverse cycle heating and cooling.

Single Car port.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

50% Deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Please make cheques payable to Golf Retreats Victoria. Balance of payment is taken one week prior to arrival.
