Ayala Waters is situated on the first canal in from the beach and you get to experience the best of both worlds of water. This delightful luxury holiday home is a spacious 5 bedroom,3 bathroom home . The main bedroom has an ensuite and is furnished with pieces from throughout asia. The house has everything you would expect to need while away from home.

The house is perfectly suited to accomodate two families or up to 14 adults. Pool is fully fenced and child secure,the back yard is fenced to the water and the front is secure with an electric gate.There is a beautiful out door spa to sit in relax & enjoy the gorgeous water view.
Wooden Bi-fold doors allow seamless indoor-outdoor living and let the cool sea breezes flow through the house on hot summer days. Feel free to turn on the ducted air con.
Cook yourself a pizza in the gourmet outdoor pizza oven.
The waterfront deck is the ideal place to sip a cold glass of wine and enjoy your friends company while your kids frollick in the sand in your full view.
Take an open air shower to wash the salt and sand off.
Why not go for a kayak on the water & explore the waterways we supply 4 kayaks so everyone can go for a paddle together,we supply life jackets.
Guests will be welcomed upon arrival and given a brief tour of the facilties and then left to enjoy their holiday.
