AYALA HOUSE HAS BEEN FURNISHED WITH PLUSH CONTEMPORARY PIECES.

Situated on a peaceful Mermaid Waters Canal just A few minutes to the wonderful Gold Coast Beaches. Ayala House is situated on the first canal in from the beach and you get to experience the best of both worlds of water. This delightful holiday home is a spacious 4 bedroom house with a seperate 5 th bedroom area with ensuite. The main bedroom has an ensuite and is furnished with pieces from throughout asia. The house has everything you would expect to need while away from home.

The house is perfectly suited to accomodate two families or up to 12 adults. Pool is fenced and complies with queensland law.

Wooden Bi-fold doors allow seamless indoor-outdoor living and let the cool sea breezes flow through the house on hot summer days. Feel free to turn on the ducted air con.

Use the gas bbq and cook a masterpeice.

The waterfront deck is the ideal place to sip a cold glass of wine and enjoy your friends company while your kids frollick in the sand in your full view.

Take an open air shower to wash the salt and sand off.

ALL THE NEEDS ARE TAKEN CARE OF!

Guests will be welcomed upon arrival and given a brief tour of the facilties and then left to enjoy their holiday.


For those who choose more culinary pursuits we are sure you will be suitable impressed with the kitchen area and all it gadgets including espresso machine, blenders and fridge with ice maker.

For the more visually inclined the house has 3 DVD players, and 3 Plasma televisons so everyone can watch what they like. We have a stereo Cd and also an I-pod speaker in the House.The kids will be impressed that there is a sony playstation and kids movies in the house.
