Located just steps away from Australia's famous Bondi Beach our renovated beach front studio apartment is within meters to public transport, restaurants, cafes, shops, laundry services, pharmacy, ATM's, pubs and nightlife.

We are situated on the north side of the beach only 30 seconds walk to the sand (please see aerial photo).

Bondi Beach is the heart of Sydney's eastern suburbs, which feature stunning seaside scenery and endless activities. Bondi Junction train station is 6 minutes by bus and connects to Central Station ( 10 min), Darling Harbor, Rocks, Opera House and ferry to Manly, Taronga Zoo and Northern Beaches. The airport is 25 minutes away. Bus transportation is nearby and street parking is available.

A home away from home the fully furnished studio is complete with 2 beds, 1 queen, 1 queen sofa/futon bed , full bathroom with bath and shower, polished wooden floors, flat wide screen TV, DVD player, DVD's a small book library, Foxtel television, wireless high speed internet, wardrobe, table + two chairs.
Studio also has a modern stainless steel kitchen which includes: microwave, stove, fridge, plates, glasses, wine glasses, champagne flutes, coffee mugs, cutlery, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger, cooking accessories etc.
100% quality cotton bed linens, bathroom towels, and beach towels all provided. Studio accommodates up to four guests.

Rates are from AUS $90- $205

Prices per night are per couple, $15 extra for sofa bed linens and/or 3 persons or more.

For those who are bringing children, there is a fantastic park across the street and adjacent to the beach- see pics! Please note we are located on the first floor so there is a flight of stairs to access our apartment. Studio is a one room apartment so all beds share the same space- please see overhead plan with furniture layout. The beach is right out the front of the building- you can't get any closer than this !

I fell in love with Sydney & North Bondi, and this lovely apartment proved the perfect home away from home. Rates are from AUS $90- $205

Prices per night are per couple, $15 extra for sofa bed linens and/or 3 persons or more.

A 50% deposit required to hold bookings. Remaining balance and a refundable $400 security bond are due upon arrival.

Payment can be made by Credit Card using paypal, subject to a 4% surcharge.

Payment can also be made to local Australian bank account or with Credit Card over the phone.

2 nights minimum stay ( Weekend flat rate of $140 a night for Friday+Saturday) Flexible pricing with long term rental available upon agreement.

Weekly serviced cleaning available.
