This beachfront house has outstanding views of the river & ocean and is perfect for relaxing on your holiday. With a level stroll from the deck across the grass to the beach and jetty.
As you relax you can listen to the ocean while watching the water, seagulls and pelicans from the house.
Enjoy walks along the Shoalhaven River and along the Pacific Ocean on Seven Mile beach.
Other sun, surf and sea activities at your doorstep are
fishing, swimming, surfing, sailing and canoeing.
Or drive through lush farmlands on your way to visit Historic Berry or Gerringong to brouse through shops and sample the
cafes and Restaurants. Berry has an art gallery and a museum.
Check the cellar doors at Cambewarra Estate, Two Figs and Coolangatta Estate.
Beautiful Golf couses are at Coolangatta Estate, Gerringong and Shoalhaven Heads.

All the living areas and bedrooms has views across the water to the ocean.

No parties or wedding receptions allowed.
No loud noise that's disruptive to others allowed.
If the above conditions are breached then immediate vacating of the premises is required and incurs loss of bond and loss of refund for any days left of stay.

These conditions are so that everyone can have a lovely holiday.
Cancellation of bookings will incure:
Less than 30 days if unable to replace booking - all deposit or bond.
Less than 30 days - 15% of booking.
More than 30 days $30.00.
More than 60 days $nil.
