This 4 Bedroom home has fantastic views of the rockpool and the southern end of Werri Beach from all of the living areas and kitchen. Perfectly located an easy walk to either the beach, tennis courts, bowling club or the town centre.
Drive south along Fern St past the village and you will find the turn off to the boat ramp where there's a rock pool and BBQ area. Further along is the 18 hole Gerringong Golf club and the Boat Fishermas Club which boasts great views of 7 mile beach. Stay for a club lunch or dinner and the "meat tray raffles" Further along is Gerroa and 7 Mile Beach. Only 20 mins away is the town of Berry where you will find such delights as the Woodfired Sourdough Bakery located at 23 Prince Alfred St. where you can also enjoy a great casual breakfast or lunch. One of the best winerys in the district must be Coolangatta Winery which boasts a 9 hole golf course, restaurant and a tasting room just waiting for you to drop in. Further south is Nowra, head to Greenwell Point for some fish and chips or pick up some freshly schucked local Sydney Rock Oysters at one of the wholesalers. Other attractions include Kangaroo Valley, Jamberoo water park for the kids and Bellachara Day Spa (in Gerringong) for the grown ups.
