Ideally suited for 4 adults and up to 3 children [5yrs+] this refurbished smoke free house includes an open plan family/dining/kitchen area which is enveloped by a large wrap around balcony. A BBQ and outdoor table and seats located undercover on the balcony provide an ideal area for entertaining, protected from the elements.
A separate downstairs double bedroom with ensuite offers privacy and independence.
Additional features include a large enclosed backyard, air conditioning and well-resourced kitchen and laundry facilities.
Whilst Bateau Bay Beach offers safe swimming for the family only one block away, Shelley Beach, a 10 minute walk, caters for the surfer. A variety of interests are also within easy reach, including: Tuggerah Lakes Golf Club, Long Jetty, The Entrance as well as clubs like The Bateau Bay Bowling Club, The Lakes Entrance Diggers Club and Mingara. Bateau Bay Village shopping centre is 5 minutes away with Erina Fair and Tuggerah Westfield another 10 minutes away. The local Bateau Bay shops are a handy 150 metre walk and include a general store, bakery, post office, chemist, hairdresser, doctor and fish and chip shop and a lovely gourmet pizza parlour.
