So, you’re thinking about a beach holiday at Phillip Island. Well, you need look no further. The Bay Road Beach House offers generous accommodation for the large family or for two families.

The Bay Road Beach House has 5 bedrooms (2 upstairs - queen and bunks – and 3 downstairs – double and 2 bunks) (sleeps up to 10 people). It has 2 bathrooms (upstairs - bath and shower - and downstairs – shower and separate toilet). It has 2 living areas (one upstairs and one downstairs). This allows you to separate the families or to separate the kids from the adults. What more could you want!!

Well, there’s also a generous deck both upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs deck has a BBQ and large table setting. There is a modern kitchen with all your food preparation needs – family fridge, oven, microwave – and plenty of plates, glasses and other kitchen needs. There is also a laundry with washing machine. The downstairs living area has a TV, DVD and VHS. The upstairs living area has a CD player.

What about the water? Can we see it? How far away is it? Yes, you can see it. The Bay Road Beach House has water views from the upstairs living areas and one of the upstairs bedrooms. It is only three houses from the coast and Surf Beach is a 5 minute walk. It is also only minutes from a spectacular coastal walk around to Sunderland Bay (tides permitting).

Where is it? The Bay Road Beach House is at Sunderland Bay, Phillip Island. Sunderland Bay is between Surf Breach and Smiths Beach, on the southern coast of Phillip Island. It is very conveniently located, being only 10 minutes drive from Cowes and San Remo. It is also conveniently located for a visit to the famous Phillip Island Little (Fairy) Penguins and is only minutes from the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit.
