Rumpus room completely fitted out with table tennis table, dart board, children's toys, cricket set, tennis rackets, bikes, scooters and skate boards, boogie boards and DVD's, jigsaw puzzles and games, plus day bed with second fridge for your local catch & drinks. Additonal television set for you to connect YOUR OWN Playstation/Wii/XBox.
Relax on the rear deck with gas BBQ complete with hot plate and grill, overlooking the large salt water in ground swimming pool that is fully fenced and automated.
Outside kids can also enjoy the large array of toys in the designated play and cubby area complete with sand pit as well as running around the large grassed fully fenced backyard.
With beach access only metres from the front door an early morning surf or walk is a must along the beautiful waters of Culburra Beach.
Bed linen included , but remember to bring your own beach and bath towels as these are not provided. Portable cot & high chair available on request.

Culburra Beach is a pleasant 2 1/2 hour drive from Sydney CBD or slightly longer from the Canberra region.
With the beach at your door and the Crookhaven river and boat ramp close by all water sports are catered for here.
Fishing is a very popular pastime and industry in the Shoalhaven and you will get every opportunity to land a good catch from the beach or river locally.
Visit the bowling club or play tennis at the nearby courts. Play golf at either of 2 courses only 15 minutes drive towards Nowra, or simply relax with a stroll along the beautiful beach or headlands.
Culburra Beach shopping strip covers all your daily basic needs and services including fuel and BWS bottleshop with Woolworths supermarket now open. Shop locally and support the Culburra Community.
