The residence can accommodate up to 8 adults & 2 children in 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are accessed externally down stairs, each with a Q/B. Two bathrooms, one inside and the other accessed externally .. Under cover paved entertaining area with speaker system, outdoor setting with plenty of seating for 8, 4 burner gas BBQ. Two levels of decking, the first level is covered and accessed via the living area, the top level deck offers beautiful bay, Red Hill and rural views. Plenty of secure off street parking with room for a boat (2.8 metre wide gate) You'll be pleasantly surprised by the magic of this home from the minute you arrive. Available all year round. Fully fenced. Please note we have a strict no party policy & no schoolies bookings. Thanks.
