Once the Patonga Schoolhouse, and a local store, this historic building has been recently renovated and is now a smart beach house. Within moments of the beach and the Ferry Wharf it is a level two minute walk to reach your perfect holiday destination.

This house has a light and airy ambience. It offers open plan, casual living, a well equipped galley kitchen, with 3 bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. The living space opens onto a private courtyard which nestles beneath a stunning cliff.

Ceiling fans throughout the house add to the sea breeze in summer and in winter there is a gas fire to keep the house cosy. Go to sleep to the sound of the waves.

Two living areas provide separate adult and child spaces.

Easy street parking.

Sleeping arrangements

There are three bedrooms including two living areas. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the second has a double bed and the third contains two single beds (trundle bed) ideal for children. This third bedroom has a connecting door to the queen size bedroom. In the living area there are two sofa beds (double bed size).
