This recently renovated house features 3 bedrooms, 2 with ensuite and built in robes. Both main bedrooms feature queen size beds with addition sleeping options including a sofa bed in lounge room and a 3rd bedroom/sleepout with single bed.
The open plan residence has a generous fully equipped kitchen which includes large pantry, full sized fridge, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and gas oven/stove. The open plan living/dining room features extendable table with seating for 8, plus sofa, TV, DVD and CD player with radio.
Outside is a verandah which features a BBQ, outdoor setting for 6 plus umbrella.

We loved our stay at Brownstone. The home is well set out for 2 couples, the essentials are provided and it was very neat and clean. Add to this a peaceful setting and beautiful surrounds and you can't go wrong.

Nice location over the Xmas break. Almost right on the bike track which was very handy for the kids. Very quiet especially at night - we all slept very well ! Nice LCD TV and airconditioner. Also appreciated some little things like the nice range of teas and the coffee maker.

Thanks so much for the great stay. The house was nice and warm and cosy with great DVD selection ..... while outside was very wet, cold and flooding in surrounding towns! Great place to be marooned in!!! Also loved the electric blankets and two ensuites!!!! Thanks again :)

What a great place to stay! Very clean and comfortable with little extras such as bubble bath,pantry fillers, and more! it is such a quiet street which allows you to soak in the views,great entertaining area and bird life! Thankyou for a wonderful weekend away. Brownstone is such a gorgeous home aay from home. The main bedroom is enormous and the dining/lounge area is fabulous. Everything was so clean and lovely. Perfect accommodation, perfect weather and great company. We will definitely be going back again.

We had a fantastic holiday! The only things that were missing were a wool underlay and flannelette sheets on the bed - daggy I know but would have been so nice on the cold nights. We hope to come and stay again.

We had a lovely weekend staying at Brownstone for our first trip to the Alpine Region. The cottage was cosy and clean - the fire ewas grumpy to start, then kept us beautifully warm !! Lovely setting on a quiet street with easy access to local amenities.All in all excellent value for money and well worth a visit - Thank-You !!

A quaint and nicely decorated cottage in a quiet street. Some individual and generous touches including bathroom products (bubble bath, moisturiser, etc) and kitchen essentials (oil, salt, etc). Heating was available but we still had to rug up! Enjoyed seeing the native birds in the garden.

Comfortable accomodation with helpful hosts. Nice central location for everything. 2 minute walk from the Porepunkah recreation reserve was a great bonus! The large garden was superb for the kids to run off their energy. great base for exploring the area and nice to return to. Rural feel was great ... being woken each morning with kookaburras and having mountain views from both front and back was so tranquil. Looking forward to returning again sometime.

We enjoyed the delights of the Alpine country in summer: Cycling, motorcycling, bushwalking, moonlight cinema, great produce, friendly people.

Me and my partner stayed for 3 nights and wanted to stay longer. Beautiful house with all the comfurts of home. Everything we needed and heating was amazing. Was close to some shop's and neer many local activitys and walk's. This would be great in the summer time, will be back soon.

The house/cottage, well, you've done a great job in making it so comfortable for everyone.
Our children enjoyed running and playing in the large back yard and we the adults enjoyed watching them do so from the BBQ area/undercover pergola.
