The fully equipped kitchen has fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, walk in robe and ensuite.
Downstairs features a second bedroom with two single beds and a rollaway, and a retreat which features a sofa that folds out into a double bed. Both rooms have access to the courtyard at the rear of the property which has a BBQ and clothes line. A hideaway laundry has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and there is a second bathroom downstairs.
