Description

Miss Sparkles is the perfect getaway for you, your family and your family pet.
There is a beautiful, new, fully-equipped kitchen to cater for you keen cooks and chefs !
The 3 bedrooms consist of two which have queen beds and a third which has 2 double bunks.
A single bathroom has a separate bath and shower and there is also an outdoor shower for those hot, sandy, beachy days. or those freezing winter ones if you are brave enough!
A fully ducted air-conditioning system guarantees keeping you cool in summer and warm in winter.
The large rear deck, which has a gas barbeque, overlooks the big back-yard. This backyard can host the family cricket match and is also a secure playground for your pet.
When you venture outside, restaurants, cafes and shops are only a short stroll away. Beautiful Hardy's Bay is just across the road.
There are numerous jetties for fishing and a boat-hire shop if you wish to explore the tranquil Brisbane Waters.
Killcare Beach, a patrolled beach, with a rockpool for the littlies, is just a 2min drive over the hill. Popular in summer, it is also a favourite in winter for those healthy beach walks.
The beach has a leash-free area available at all times for Fido to exercise.
Surrounding Killcare is Boudii National Park with its numerous bush-walking tracks. Maitland Bay, Lobster Beach and Putty Beach are just a few other beautiful beaches close by.
Tennis courts and a children's playground are a short distance away at Pretty Beach.

"Dogs and their people will have an equally good time at what is an almost perfect holiday house (especially given the great price). Ellie and Eden had a wonderful time playing in the huge back yard (when they weren't sampling the delights of the off-leash areas in Killcare/Pretty Beach, and on the local beaches themselves. This area is a real haven for dog lovers! The people enjoyed relaxing in a well-appointed house, on the lovely deck, at the local cafes (coffee and food at The Fat Goose highly recommended), and on the beaches. None of us wanted to come home. Thanks Sheila."

"Coming back to Miss Sparkles for the second time was like coming home! The place was beautifully cleaned and fresh and despite the unpredictable weather we had a fine time walking on Putty Beach with our dogs and watching cable when it stormed. The dogs enjoyed the run of the huge backyard and we had no worries regarding their safety The cottage itself is very comfortable-plenty of lounges ( lots of holiday places dont cater for families in this regard!) Really enjoyed using the kitchen and the bed in the master bedroom has to be one of the most comfortable we've ever had whilst away! Wonderful location-quick drive up the hill and you're at Putty Beach and there is the whole central coast to explore if you're keen. This is a real find for us dog lovers- having a chance to take your pets away with you is certainly something we are grateful for!"
