Ground Floor
You’ll encounter a very comfortable lounge room with leather sofas, a plasma screen TV, with Foxtel installed DVD/CD player and stereo radio. The perfect place to rest your weary feet or simply indulge your sense of relaxation.

When the hunger pangs strike, whip up a storm in the gourmet kitchen which is fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances. You can enjoy your culinary creation in the dining room which has a beautiful Tasmanian Oak dining table and chairs to seat 6.

Also featured in this residence are a smart powder room; laundry with washing machine and drier; reverse cycle air-conditioning; and verdant garden areas highlighting the front area and rear terrace.

First Floor:
When its time to rest or curl up with a book, Bedroom One boasts a deluxe king-size bed which can be split into 2 single beds upon request, but please advise us in advance so the necessary housekeeping arrangements can be made. There is also an en-suite bathroom and balcony to take in the vista of this very lively area and its many moods from dawn to dusk and a plasma screen TV to enjoy when you have an early night.

All the bedrooms have built-in mirror wardrobes, tables and bedside lights. The second and third bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed and balcony for your comfort and enjoyment.

There is a spacious main bathroom with a relaxing bath and separate shower and a linen cupboard where bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.

The lounge room at the rear opens into a quaint courtyard plus the balcony at the front comes complete with a gas BBQ and outdoor table setting. Ideal for sharing food and conversation. It is a great sun trap even in the winter.

Internet Connection (extra charge). Let us know if you require an internet modem prior to your arrival; if it isn’t booked we may not have one available for you when you pick up the keys.
A bond of $2400 is required, but this is returned at the end of the rental after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment. A charge is made for a professional departure clean.

When not relaxing in your residence, step out to experience Paddington, a bustling community close to the main road leading into Sydney city only 2.5km away.

Traveling east within 10 to 15 minutes drive there are gorgeous ocean and harbour beaches to soak up the sun and sights, many with netted areas for safe swimming.

Reputable restaurants are found in the immediate vicinity as well as a shopping precinct at Edgecliff railway station for those with the urge to spend.

It is less than 10 minutes walk to Kings Cross where there are excellent eateries of all kinds. An impressive selection of cafes, clubs and nightspots is scattered throughout the area.
Just 4 minutes walk up Darlinghurst Rd; your stay would not be complete without a visit to the Sunday market in Potts Point, run by the Rotary Club of Kings Cross and a must for those who relish goodies, flowers, food, clothing; artefacts and knick-knacks of all sorts.

Bus access is at your door and Edgecliff railway station is within 5 minutes walk. The railway line is quite close to the house and trains can be heard.
The city is 10 minutes away and there is immediate access to Cross City tunnel by car. You also can reach the delightful village-type suburb of Balmain within 10 minutes.

As this property is pet friendly please inform us when you make your booking if you are bringing a pet with you. If so there is also a carpet clean to be done at the end of your stay. This carpet clean is carried out for hygienic reasons.
