The View is an expansive double story guest house with both self contained accommodation and double bedroom suites located in a quiet area a short distance to the main beach, surf shop factory outlets and the golf course. It is suitable for families or couples offering comfortable furnishings in your home away from home with all modern trimmings including airconditioning and gas heating.
The house has 3 air- conditioned bedrooms which can be booked separately. Upstairs these 3 bedrooms consisting of 2 Queen bedrooms with new ensuites and 1 Double bedroom with private bathroom. Downstairs there is a lounge and breakfast room with dining table, couches set around a log fire. This room opens to an outdoor area with table and BBQ overlooking the pool.
The Fully-Self Contained Unit boasts 1 main bedroom (with built in wardrobes), a bathroom, a large kitchen offering ample cupboard space, fridge, microwave and oven/stovetops. The Lounge comprises 2 Double Sofa Beds and additional fold out beds are available. The front of the house has a superb entertaining area, comprising of a dining meals area and a spacious lounge room adjoining an undercover outdoor seating & dining. The living area has a TV , DVD player and an air conditioner for your enjoyment.
Outside you can relax in comfort around the swimming pool on lounges. You can also enjoy a game of tennis.
Situated in a prime location only 5 minutes from the Beach, one will be amazed at the peacefulness of The View. A tree lined 2 acre property offering spacious grassed areas and swimming pool and tennis court on site. Cafes, restaurants, boutique shops and the Torquay Hotel are a skip away and provide the perfect way to relax and enjoy your holiday.
Torquay is famous for its surf beach, but also has an expansive protected front beach which is ideal for families. Just 10 mins is the world famous Bell's Beach, home of the Rip Curl Pro Surfing Competition. The grassed foreshore reserve has picnic/BBQ facilities and shady trees.
Torquay has many attractions beyond the beach, including Surfworld Museum, Tigermoth World, local wineries and of course, it is the gateway to The Great Ocean Road.
Not to mention the many exclusive cafes, clubs and resturants waiting to be discovered.
