AT ALL TIMES THE MINIMUM BOOKING IS 7 DAYS. THERE IS NO NIGHTLY RATE FOR LESS THAN 7 DAYS.

Please note that we give preference to stays of 3 weeks or more. If there is a gap in the calender between bookings, or if it is one month out from the dates, a smaller time period may be booked.

This 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 11th floor of the Victoria Building. The complex used to be the Carlton and United Victoria Brewery, and has a combination of the historic façade, and modern amenities in a boutique atmosphere. The apartment overlooks the tree lined streets of East Melbourne. It has panoramic vistas over parklands, the MCG and the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne with the Dandenongs in the distance. It is perfectly situated in relation to Melbourne’s delights. It is walking distance or a short tram ride from:

- Rod Laver Arena
- Vodafone Arena
- Melbourne CBD
- Olympic Park
- Bridge Rd shopping precinct
- Bars, Cafes, Restaurants
- Victoria St Vietnamese Food and culture
- Hospitals: Epworth, St Vincent’s (Private and Public), Eye and Ear, Freemasons
- Theatres: Princess, Regent, Her Majesty’s
- Melbourne Museum
- Imax Theatre
- Fitzroy, Treasury and Exhibition Gardens
Approx ½ hour tram ride to Albert Park and Grand Prix.

It is 20km from Melbourne Airport, accessed by taxi or easy public transport links.

BOOKINGS

Advanced bookings of 3 weeks or more can be made at any time.

Shorter periods (<3 weeks) can be made one month out if those days are still available.

Accommodation is 2 queen size beds, one in each of the 2 bedrooms.

All linen is provided.

Body Corporate Rules prohibit pets and smoking.

Pool and Gym are available after induction (may not be applicable for short bookings)

Bookings of greater than 3 weeks are preferred. I will wait for these bookings and as a result I cannot accept shorter bookings unless within a month of the start date (so please don't ask)
