Welcome to our Seaside Villa. This home is sure to accomodate the most fastidious of holidaymakers. Will suit all types from couples,families through to pensioners. Beautifully appointed 2 storey fully self contained (linen provided if required) 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa. 3 separate living areas, outside an alfresco area to die for and a great bar area adjoining.
Upon entering the home the atmosphere hits you - you could be in a villa in Mexico or France. On this level you have a separate quiet lounging/bedroom room, dining room, kitchen, family room, laundry and one of three toilets. Kitchen is stocked with everything you require from a coffemaker to bottle opener and more.The family room is equipped with CD player, TV/DVD/VCR unit. There is also a double sofa bed if required. From the family room through a sliding door you have access to the beautiful alfresco area and adjoining bar.The BBQ begs for the snaggers to be cooked or maybe the whiting or herring you may have just caught. The outside area is fully enclosed with a beautiful compact lawned and garden area safe for your children and pets to roam free and safe.Located in this area also is an outside (cold) shower to wash yourselves down after being at the beach. The laundry is fully equipped with a automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board with a clothes line hanging out the back out of the way.
The bedrooms are all located on the second floor along with both the bathrooms and two toilets.The beds consist of a queen, double and two singles. On this level you also have a living room which is equipped with a TV a comfy couch and a futon style sofa bed. A folder bed is also located upstairs if required. Sit around the table on the balcony with friends and enjoy Busselton's best sunsets.The balcony is located through a sliding door from the living room.
Home is located on Busselton beachfront and the water is a 2 minute walk away. Don't bother packing too much for the beach - just the towels and umbrella - when you get hungry just slip back home. When you are feeling a little more energetic jump on the bikes and take a trek into the town centre on the towns cycle path located in front of the home. Everything you need from the shops is about 2.5kms away. Visit the Jetty - have a beautiful casual meal at one of the Beach front restuarants or let the kids run riot at the fun Park or at Yoganup Park.
Around a five minute walk away is a small shopping centre that caters for almost everything you may require. There is a grocery store, takeaways, liquor store, hairdresser and fuel station.
Off road parking is limited(cater for two cars - 3 small cars). Ask for further details if more room is required.
