Janiko Waters is the ideal waterfront family holiday home, situated close to the beach, in a quiet and peaceful Mermaid Waters cul-de-sac, overlooking tranquil waterways with a beautiful north-east facing resort pool, outside heated 6 person spa and huge covered timber deck. Just perfect for alfresco dining, relaxing and entertaining with family and friends!
Modern and fully air-conditioned, Janiko Waters can comfortably accommodate 12 guests, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is perfect for either groups of adults or family stays. Adults & teens may like to explore the Gold Coast by BICYCLE or the waterways in the RUNABOUT BOAT or the KAYAKS provided or FISH from the boat (basic fishing tackle provided), pontoon or private beach. The children will love the fabulous 2-storey Play Fort, complete with slippery dip and sandpit and playing on the sandy beach!
Two of the bedrooms have their own bathroom and large desk/ tv / computer/ playstation area, forming a separate section of the house. This is perfect for children, teenager’s or a second family. It is far enough way from the main lounge area so as not to disturb the rest of the house but close enough to be supervised and secure.

Only the highest quality furniture, applicances and pillowtop bedding has been selected to ensure the utmost comfort and enjoyment during your stay.
There is a 42 inch Plasma TV with DVD and Foxtel Platinum in the living room. All bedrooms have TV's with access to DVD and Foxtel Platinum giving access to over 50 TV channels.
The stylish, stainless steel, fully appointed kitchen overlooks the wide water with a servery onto the entertaining deck (with a barbeque) and quality appliances dishwasher and microwave ensure everything you need for your Gold Coast holiday!
LOTS OF EXTRAS...
For those who would like to bring their laptop, FREE INTERNET access is provided (wi fi and hardwire). Guests will also be able to stay in touch with family and friends with FREE LOCAL AND INTERSTATE PHONE CALLS. At Janiko Waters, you are welcome to call landlines Australia-wide FREE OF CHARGE. An extensive book, DVD and video game (PS2) library is provided for your enjoyment, along with a selection of games for the family.
The configuration of the 5 bedrooms is as follows: King size bedroom (Master Suite with ensuite spa bathroom). Two Queen size bedrooms, with main bathroom opposite. The separate wing with direct lockable access to the area leading to the pool has one bedroom with single bunk beds and another single bed, the fifth bedroom has bunk beds (single top bunk with a double bed below. This wing has it's own bathroom and separate computer area and desk with board games, TV and Playstation 2.

Janiko Waters is secure, fully fenced and gated for children so you can have total peace of mind. The property has a two car carport with remote control and there is room for a boat trailer to be parked, if required.
Janiko Waters will be arranged as per your request and all guests will be greeted upon arrival and given a tour of the facilities. Maps and brochures of local attractions will be provided and we guarantee an immaculate home upon your arrival.
Special requests are welcomed and we will endeavour to accommodate your special requirements. A porta-cot, high chair and baby change table is available free of charge upon request.

-a quick dip in the pool, a relaxing spa, was always followed by wine on the huge decking enjoying the sunsets and mud crabs which were caught on a daily basis from the pontoon.
So safe for small children.

The owners John and Janine have provided everything possible to make your stay an enjoyable one, Bikes, Kayaks, Boat, fishing gear, even a playstation to keep the kids happy on the rainy days (not that there's many of them!) We all really appreciated the effort John and Janine made to make our stay on the Gold Coast a perfect one.
If you like fishing, There's a monster flathead lurking in the middle of the waterway right in front of the pontoon, frogmouth pilchards are the go on a gang hook. I managed to get him to the pontoon but he snapped me off at the last minute, oh well I'll just have to come back again!
