Janiko Waters is personally owned and managed by Janine and John who live on the Gold Coast. Letting agents are not used and all correspondence is directly to the owners via Stayz.

We gladly accept calls to our Australian phone number which you will receive on your Stayz Enquiry Receipt after you make your initial enquiry through this official site.
Please note: It is highly unusual for any Australian property listing to request funds be sent to an international destination ie: UK or USA bank account. We only accept payments to our Australian Westpac Bank account. Please report any unusual requests or emails that come from outside the Stayz system to the Stayz Support team.

Janiko Waters is the ideal waterfront family holiday home, situated close to the beach, in a quiet and peaceful Mermaid Waters cul-de-sac, overlooking tranquil waterways with a beautiful north-east facing pool, outside heated 6 person spa and huge covered timber deck. Just perfect for alfresco dining, relaxing and entertaining with family and friends!
Modern and fully air-conditioned, Janiko Waters is very spacious and can comfortably accommodate 12 guests, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Janiko Waters is perfect for either small or large families. Guests may like to explore the Gold Coast by BICYCLE or the waterways in the KAYAKS provided. You may like to FISH from the boat (basic fishing tackle provided), pontoon or private beach! The children will love the fabulous 2-storey Play Fort, complete with slippery dip and sandpit and playing on the sandy beach! The entire property is securely gated for complete peace of mind and children are prevented from entering any of the water areas.
One section of the house has two bedrooms, a bathroom and children's area with desk, TV/DVD, computer/playstation, books and games. This is perfect for children, teenagers and when more than one family are staying together.
FIVE STAR ATTENTION TO DETAIL
Only the highest quality furniture, applicances and pillowtop bedding has been selected to ensure the utmost comfort and enjoyment during your stay.
There is a Plasma TV with DVD and Foxtel Platinum in the living room. All bedrooms have TV's with access to Foxtel Platinum giving access to over 50 TV channels. The Master Suite and children's area also have their own DVD players.
The stylish, stainless steel, fully appointed kitchen overlooks the wide water with a servery onto the entertaining deck (with a barbeque) and quality appliances, dishwasher and microwave ensure everything you need for your Gold Coast holiday!
LOTS OF EXTRAS...
For those who would like to bring their laptop, FREE INTERNET access is provided (wi fi and hardwire). An extensive book, DVD and video game (PS2) library is provided for your enjoyment, along with a selection of games for the family.
The configuration of the 5 bedrooms is as follows: King size bedroom (Master Suite with ensuite bathroom & spa). Two Queen size bedrooms with main bathroom & separate toilet opposite. The family wing with direct lockable access to the area leading to the pool has the 4th and 5th bedrooms. The 4th bedroom has single bunk beds and another single bed and the 5th bedroom has bunk beds (single top bunk with a double bed below). Single mattresses are also available for more flexibility. This part of the house has it's own bathroom and separate computer area and desk with board games, TV/DVD and Playstation 2.

Janiko Waters is secure, fully fenced and gated for children. The property has a two car carport with remote control and there is room for a boat trailer to be parked, if required.
Janiko Waters will be arranged as per your request and all guests will be greeted upon arrival and given a tour of the facilities. Maps and brochures of local attractions will be provided and we guarantee an immaculate home upon your arrival.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council, Stayz and Holiday Rental Group Code of Conduct, Janiko Waters has a strict NO PARTY and NO FUNCTION policy and is not available to young groups of singles or schoolies. As Janiko Waters is situated in a quiet residential suburb, in consideration to our neighbours we insist all guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "quiet time" From 10pm to 8 am.
