Panboola Beach House is an ideal two-family getaway all year round.
The house comprises two comfortable self contained living areas that are rented together during the holiday season or separately for those seeking an off season sea change.
Upstairs the Cameron unit commands panoramic ocean views. It has two bedrooms, a king size bed, two singles, a bathroom, kitchen, lounge, sun room and BBQ deck. Just perfect summer or winter or for spotting Whales when they migrate in November.
At ground level the Baird unit offers water views of Pambula Beach and is an ideal place to stay when the mid- year Jazz Festival comes to Merimbula. It also sleeps 4 peaople, has a queen size bed, two singles an ensuite, lounge, kitchen and BBQ area.
Each self contained living space has, a spare Divan bed, clear image Digital TV, DVD player, Fridge, Cooking and Laundry facilities.
- Catching a fish or a wave at the surf beach (4 min. walk)
- A family picnic at a tranquil river-mouth beach (5 min. walk)
- Golf followed by a seafood lunch at Wheelers (5 mins. drive)
- Panoramic ocean views from the lounge or BBQ deck

For the comfort of other guests, we maintain a \'no pets please\' policy at Panboola, however there\'s a clean and well run Boarding Kennel facility just 2 minutes away.
Kanine visitors to the area often stay at the kennels and can be \'bailed out\' by their owners any day for a run or swim at the beach. For details please contact Greg or Judy at Pambula Boarding Kennels on . Fees are $15 per dog/night.

\'Panboola\' Beach House is within an easy days drive of Sydney or Melbourne and a half day from Canberra.
If you prefer, take a scenic REX Airlines flight and arrive refressed at the Pambula Merimbula Airport in about an hour .
The Beach House is just 7 minute drive from the Airport where you can hire a car for sightseeing and fun on the Sapphire Coast.
There\'s plenty to do at Pambula Beach, nearby Merimbula, the historic village of Pambula and nearby harbour town of Eden.
