It is very private and quiet. There is a huge open plan lounge and dining, new gourmet kitchen and external private entrance.
This apartment is for the discerning visitor who chooses to have space (68 square metres) and be surrounded by an elegant contemporary style while being seduced by the gentle ocean breezes. Wonderful coastal walks including the famous walk to Bondi Beach.
Short beach stroll to cafes. Public transport is one minute away at the end of the street and CBD is ony twenty five minutes. Very close to - University of NSW, Prince of Wales hospital, Fox Studios and Randwick race course.
Not suitable for children under 8 years, as the pool fence restricts entry to the garden. The owners are on the premises for any assistance needed.

We have just had 2 wonderful weeks staying at this property.It was spotless & the owners made us feel very welcome.Without being intrusive,but were on hand if we had any questions.
Great peaceful loaction,walking distance to the beach.Near direct bus links to the city.Would highly reccomend this property!

Our first visit to Australia was made even better by staying at Coogee Seaview. Lovely cool accommodation (it was very hot outside) plus a pool. Valerie and Michelle were always very friendly and helpful as was Bertie the dog. Location was perfect for exploring Sydney and the surrounding areas. Beautiful coastal walk minutes from the door. Highly recommend staying here.

This was our first visit to Australia, and having our son living in Coogee, made it the perfect place to stay. Valrerie and Michel were the perfect hosts, giving us all the privacy we needed, but were there to help us with anything. The pool was wonderful, and the very close coastal walk to Coogee, kept us fit every day.The accomodation
was very comfortable and very clean and had all the facilities that one would need. We would highly recommend this peaceful Coogee Seachange stay.

We were from New Zealand visiting our son in Sydney over Christmas 2011 and needed somewhere quiet, comfortable and spacious. Coogee Seachange fitted the bill perfectly with handy access to the City and Eastern suburbs and beaches. Very friendly and helpful on-site owners. We would recommend this accomodation a real home from home.

We needed a quiet comfortable home from home while a family member recuperated from hospital treatment. We needed space, comfort and a convenient, accessible location. Coogee Seachange was perfect. Hosts, Valerie and Michel were kind and helpful when we needed them and afforded us the privacy we needed otherwise. Access to the Coastal path and the easy walk to coogee beach made the stay particularly enjoyable. I'd definitely stay again.

We LOVED our stay at coogee seachange. It was our 1st family holiday to Oz our host made us feel very welcome. Everything we could possibly need was provided for us and our 18 month old toddler! the apartment is very spacious, quiet and clean & Coogee is a fantastic place. We will definatly saty at Coogee Seachange again.

We spent two weeks here and found it very pleasant in a quiet location. We especially liked the coastal path walk (and jogging route) to Coogee.
Our host was most obliging and helpful, particularly with regard to places to visit, timetables etc.
The accommodation was clean and spacious with all mod cons, including internet access.

The best decision I made for our family holiday was booking into the Coogee Seachange. Val and Michel are warm and gracious hosts who gave us the privacy and relaxed holiday atmosphere we needed. The duplex was so spacious and modern, far better than being cramped in a hotel room! The public transport was handy as was access to the beautiful coastal walk. I would never go back to hotels having had such a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay in Coogee, lovely people, house was good and the swimmingpool was great. Clean and well looked after, also the rockpool was lony 300 meters from the house with a beautul view.

This was our first visit to Australia and our experience was very positive. The accommodation was perfect for our needs. It is a quiet location yet close to all ameneties. The wonderful coastal walk is minutes from the property. A lovely walk to Coogee (15mins) both beach, shops and many restaurants,and Bondi Beach (one hour)to the North. The south side is also a lovely walk to Maroubra beach, quieter, and a great beach to watch the surfers. The buses are a few minutes walk away, excellent service every 10 mins into the city cites (25 min).Very close by is the Spot, with some great restaurants.The flat has plenty of space and is very comfortable and the hosts are wonderful, warm friendly and helpful. This property location gives you the best of all worlds.
