The house is nestled in bushland with a large deck area suitable for outdoor eating or just lying on the hammock. Set on 3 levels, the house has the capacity to comfortably hold 2 families. On the top level is a large living space, a Queen size bedroom and separate bathroom. The middle level has a queen size and a triple bedroom, a large living area, bathroom and a renovated kitchen.The bottom level is extra space for the children to play.

Beach

Beautiful North Valla Beach is just 5 mins or 100 metres walk through national park. The beach is 5km long stretching all the way to Hungry Head. Collect shells, whale watch in the winter or keep an eye out for dolphins, Valla beach offers plenty of natural attractions. For the fisherman, the tidal river beckons only 500metres away.

Beach Games

The beach is popular with local surfers and is fantastic for children. The rock pools are abundant with sea life and provide hours of entertainment looking for crabs. The property is 5mins walk from the tidal river at Valla or the main patrolled surf beach and the local shop.
